A company that doesn't respect the team, doesn't respect the project, doesn't respect the client enough to deliver quality, and doesn't respect their own reputation enough to manage vendors - isn't someplace that is fixable.

The reason that it isn't fixable is that it isn't a single person or department or protocol for you to address. The entire company culture starting at the top is perfectly fine with this behavior. From what you've said, they've taken no steps to correct anything.

There is a big difference when a bad manager causes problems and a company has to clean it up. There can be an opportunity be the hero in that case. That just doesn't exist from your description. The company doesn't appear to show that they care.

Take your time and find a company that can use your skills and has career growth for you.

Good luck.
