I've watched several videos about freelancing and definitely the best tool for relationship with your clients is email due to better productivity and efficiency. Said that, decide some specific time that you access those communication tools for settling details and questions about client's project. For instance, twice a day, at least. That way you're gonna boost your productivity and efficiency when working on your projects.
