That's super annoying. Four weeks with no laptop or access on probation sucks. Shoot an email to your boss and HR right now, nice and calm: say it's messing up your training, ask when it'll be sorted (cc your trainer too). No answer in a couple days? Ping them again or pop by. Keep notes on everything. Your training scores rock, so they'll know you're trying. You'll be fine!
