No, you don't need to file form 8822. The IRS will update their records based on your address on the tax return. You only need to file that form if the address changed after you filed the tax return with the previous address (e.g.: if you move mid-year) and you want to make sure that the IRS has your up-to-date address at all times (if you're expecting them to mail something to you or are in the midst of an audit or something similar).
