Why

I’m just a kid I wanted backgrounds on my phone. I download it doesn’t say anything about paying and then I get on there and I can’t use the app at all if she making more clear that you have to pee cause I just downloaded this app and I had no idea and why do you even need to pay for this maybe for premium but just to use it is absurd
