My wife and I are both having success with Noom. The lessons really do help us understand our habits and relationship with food, exercise, and sleep. I am down 9 pounds in 10 weeks and my wife is down 6, but the biggest change has been in my outlook on my diet. I’m eating healthier without feeling hungry, I have more energy, and I don’t criticize myself when I have the occasional treat or setback. Thank you!
One suggestion: when logging exercise it would be helpful to list the most common activities a person does at the top. For example, I weightlifting 4-5 days per week and it’s down towards the bottom. A quick tweak but it could be a nice time saver.
