Really trying to love it but…

It needs quite a bit work. The diary and food tracking is pretty straightforward and useful. The barcode scanner is super convenient *if* the food is in their database. But god help you if you try to add a custom recipe or import something from a website. First, the menu structure to add something is like that movie Inception, a custom within a custom within a custom. The user interface here needs to be simplified so you know where you are in the menu. Second, importing a recipe is pretty much always wrong. You have to go in and correct the ingredients and quantities. And there’s a bug on the screen where you set the number of servings per recipe that collapses the viewing window so you can’t actually see what you’re typing into the box. You should only use these features if you’re on the web version on a desktop computer.
