Tracking system unavailability, bugs, glitches and overall nonfunctional performance

I downloaded the app so I would be able to track my package. FedEx being FedEx has lost track/failed to deliver my package, the app allowed me to track the truck that had my package however after 2:00pm when it was supposed to be delivered I was no longer able to track the package, to further the issue it then would consistently give me an error message saying the package was no longer a traceable item and couldn’t give me any further details. I tried using the built in virtual helper but it is useless and almost always just redirects you to the over the phone help, but even that is useless as it only gives you a generic answer about business hours, package availability for pickup (if it can or cannot be picked up), and delivery options. I don’t recommend the app nor do I recommend shipping anything with FedEx as their customer support and services are abysmal.
