Very disappointed

I excitedly upgraded to pro with Claude/Haiku who I use daily ready to get going with a new business but needing more help than what Claude pro offers. I upgraded specifically from my AppleId which shares the same email as my free chat smith so there’d be no chance of any issues & yet still no matter all I ask support or chat, delete to reupgrade or try from FAQs it still says I am logged in inside another account. I provided screen shots that the email addresses & the Apple ID pro was subscribed to matched & when a human or agent finally emailed me back, nothing was acknowledged pertaining to any of my issues or attachments at all & was very rude. 😔 If that is the “support” I have to rely on when I have a real issue with something I would be using to help run my life and businesses with, then I will go without. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Do better. Some of us are going through enough as it is.
