no-login, no-server-upload is the right call for something people will use to rehearse nervously. question on the "audience" part - is it just a static backdrop/crowd image, or does it do anything dynamic like simulate a distracted phone-checker or a front-row nodder to react to your pacing? curious how much of the value is the stage/timer mechanics vs. actually training eye contact and reading a room.
