Is this actually fixed in any stable release?

The readme says

I presume [this](https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=31e62c2ebbfdc3fe3dbdf5e02c92a9dc67087a3a)? I don't see it in [the 7.0.7 changelog](https://cdn.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v7.x/ChangeLog-7.0.7) or [the actual 7.0.7 source](https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/tree/kernel/ptrace.c?h=v7.0.7&id=4d7dbcd7f2c86c830517b827cbc2bc633a489818). Given that the stable release came out shortly *before* the fix was merged into main, I'm not sure how this could be in stable in the first place?
(It would also maybe be helpful if you linked to the fix like the above, rather than just mentioning the short commit ID.)
