The Resonant Cavitation Vortex Drive (RCVD) Applied Momentum Transport via Viscous Cosmic Hydrodynamics
Fidat Sari
This paper presents the mathematical architecture and engineering framework for the Resonant Cavitation Vortex Drive (RCVD), an asymmetric propulsion paradigm derived from the Viscous Cosmic Hydrodynamics (VCH) continuum model. The RCVD translates the unipolar collimation mechanics of relativistic black hole accretion jets into a closed-loop momentum transport system. By locking internal fluid or quantum electron flows to the scale-invariant resonance constant (Theta_VCH ~ 0.142), boundary layer turbulent drag collapses, establishing a stable axial vacuum cavitation core bounded by the VCH density floor (1.19 x 10^-66 kg/m^3). Integrating the asymmetric stress-energy pressure tensor across a sealed housing boundary generates net directional thrust without propellant mass ejection. This work evaluates two primary engineering implementations: a macroscopic liquid-metal hydrodynamic loop (1,380 RPM) and a solid-state metamaterial wafer array employing dicarba-closo-dodeborane (C2B2H18) sodalite clathrate geometries. A Phase A optical torsion balance testing protocol is provided for experimental validation.
