I downloaded the app so I would be able to track my package. FedEx being FedEx has lost track/failed to deliver my package, the app allowed me to track the truck that had my package however after 2:00pm when it was supposed to be delivered I was no longer able to track the package, to further the issue it then would consistently give me an error message saying the package was no longer a traceable item and couldn’t give me any further details. I tried using the built in virtual helper but it is useless and almost always just redirects you to the over the phone help, but even that is useless as it only gives you a generic answer about business hours, package availability for pickup (if it can or cannot be picked up), and delivery options. I don’t recommend the app nor do I recommend shipping anything with FedEx as their customer support and services are abysmal.

The app is unresponsive most of the times, fails to provide updates, and enables employees to mark something as delivered when it’s been stolen at the fulfillment facility. Please be careful when dealing with Fedex as they do not care for you or your package. The app told me i was being deliver through air when in reality it was being delivered on ground. Do not download this app and to be safe do not give FedEx your business

Setting push notifications just gives an error. Such a basic thing to be broken.

Why large boot prints on packages labeled Do not step? Also I do believe, 100%, that the arrows next to the words This end Up, should point upwards when left at my door. One more thing is that fedex and I have completely different meanings for the phrase “Customer Service”. I am better at complaining than fedex is delivering stuff. I look forward to learning how many stars that fedex gives me.

I Never thought fed ex would fall off like it did. I spoke with a driver who was subcontracted to them he didn’t understand an English word I said..They don’t ring bells like they use to. They deserve no stars @ all. I just started using other delivery services for my business.. THEY SUCK for SURE..👎🏽👎🏽

Very pleased to add driver instructions . Some drivers walks on my grass causing compaction soil and thinning of grass thereby creating an unpleasant pathway damage. Why avoid using concrete surfaces that leads from the parked vehicle to the door ?

App looks great, but so many things work just half of the time or not at all! A shame!
Impossible to register for the delivery manager, delivery notifications are not reliable and worse of all deliveries are always inaccurate (wrong door, wrong flat). And yes I provided an accurate address!

you ruined my prom, fix your policy of not telling anyone the address. I get it's for safety reasons but you should tell the person who's the actual buyer where there stuff is because you never know their situation. Absolutely terrible company and fix your system to say you lost something you BOUGHT with blood labor money. This is a very fraudulent company, if you want to be reliable and actually good, take advice. This has happened too long.

I said No to allow notifications on first launch. I do not need to be asked to allow notifications every time I tap on a delivery for more details. Otherwise the app is fine but the constant prompting to allow notifications is utterly obnoxious.

When you absolutely need your package late, definitely use FedEx! Seriously these guys are never on time. It’s almost a joke.

This app will not connect and reliably give the landing screen. Maybe once out of 10 tries! Also, the Watch app keeps saying to open the app over and over and over and it never connects. I am on high-speed Internet.

Trying to find status of my delivery and I cannot because the app requires an immediate update. No grace period whatsoever.
