App opens up and it’s frozen. Downloaded app on another app f my devices and it works. But I need to make changes and it’s asking to be on the app on my phone that’s frozen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Had a technician come and help me setup my home WiFi with this app. The VERY NEXT DAY, I open the app and my account is logged and I am being asked to setup my network again?! Are you kidding me? How hard is it to do one thing correctly in this day and age?! Literally one job…

It has automatically logged me out. I use my passkey. I verify my phone. It asks for my email. I enter it and try to verify it and it says the email is already in use. Please use another one. It will not allow me to login under my existing account. It won’t send me a code if I just enter my phone number to sign in. I am so sick of these apps always screwing up.

Very little control over notifications. When you click on a notification it just opens the app. It doesn’t take you to any info related to the notification. No integration with Alexa, which boggles the mind. They can’t talk to each other at all, even when connected.

Liked my mesh system- but it only lasts a year before the hub burns out. Now I’m trying to replace it with a new eero7 and it doesn’t recognize the serial number right out of the box. Disappointed.

The wifi is great. The app is one star of five. It is pain to use. Incessant random notifications and you have no idea what is notifying you of. It just takes you to the app. Hard to identify devices and set up profiles.

Physical devices are super inconsistent. App lies if things are working. Can’t see why things aren’t working. Just a disappointing entire experience.
