We’re just the gap between my MacBook, iPhone and Windows PC perfectly

The devs updated this app 5 times in the last *week*, now it crashes on launch and is effectively unusable. iOS and iPadOS, latest release versions of everything. Ugh.

iOS/iPhone starts synchronizing but never completes. Tried removing app and restarting, no affect. Running latest version of both iOS and Mac OS.

Love this calendar. Very easy to use on the phone. Syncs fast, easy to read and all the option I need

Ongoing issue that support has not yet resolved despite numerous emails. They say they’re working on it but it’s been well over a week.

Every other calendar app makes it simple to connect and display apple calendar and tasks. Except busycal. It shows that my calendar is connected yet doesn’t show my tasks meanwhile everything is set up in settings

BusyCal is at the core of my day to day. After a few years I now use all of its features and tools. One of my favorites is the journal entry feature. I enter logs throughout the day. At the end of the week I have a custom view set of all my entries making reviews meaningful and easy.

BusyCal is frictionless. Sync with Reminders is flawless. Connecting accounts is straightforward. I love the iOS widgets and MacOS Finder drop down menu.

Thank you for an awesome product that makes work-life balance easier.

My spouse has Parkinson’s. It is imperative that all meetings, outings & every other occurrences on both of our iPhones, iPads & MacBooks sync perfectly. We have been using the ‘Busy’ software since the beginning. Not only is the software stable, the people who run it are always there for support in a calm and friendly manner even when the answer is not what I had hoped for. Though it can be accessed by & from the three hardware devices I find it best to choose one MacBook as central station using the others for reference & to make quick changes on the fly. The other use for the non-central devices, especially the iPhones, is to take notes on an appointment when developing it, then take the time to fully describe it when at home. The full description is important especially when you consider that when ever you think you will remember what a short-hand will mean later… you won’t.

The new year overview is exactly what I always wanted. Thank you so, so, much to the awesome team. I bow to you. :)

You will love how BusyCal enables you to have both Events and tasks (Apple ‘Reminders’) in the same app and especially to have notifications with many choices of how you snooze the notification and of course this is all linked to your BusyCal on your Mac. I really cannot imagine a Mac or iPhone without BusyCal! From quick tasks to long-term vacation planning events years in the future or looking back 15 years to see what I did on a certain date… keeping track of which events or tasks have been accomplished and which still need doing… with priorities & color coding… You can use these features as little or as much as you want! I can’t say enough positive about BusyCal and to add to that the response from the team is on a personal and professional basis. I’ve made suggestions which were then incorporated into this app wonderful! Take charge of your life with BusyCal!

I have been using BusyCal for sometime now. I find it to be the ideal solution. I think what I like the most is that it doesn’t matter what feature you are looking for it does it. I sometimes find myself thinking “I wish the calendar looked this way.” or “I wish I could do this.”only to go into the app Settings and find the exact feature I want.

I love BusyCal. I use it on all my Apple devices to schedule my entire life. I LOVE that it’s a flat one-time cost rather than a subscription. The Mac and Apple Watch versions of BusyCal are great too. Keep up the amazing work.

I’ve used many calendar apps on both my Macs and iOS devices over the years, and BusyCal has never let me down. It’s a fantastic cal app.

In a world of subscriptions and ads, this app stands out. I genuinely love every part of this and the fact I’ve only had to pay once is what makes it all just perfect. I wish it had a Linux app but that’s not exactly a reasonable request.

Only thing I’d request is nested task support.

I have been a busycal software user since the week after it was initially released. It was initially great for the first couple of years, but it has deteriorated beyond recognition. If you’re smart, buy something else.

Works great as advertised! Has become my go-to calendaring app that centralizes Gmail, M365 and tasks under one pane of glass. Interface is easy to use.

Syncs my many calendars with no issues. Also has great features and several integrations. Definitely worth the one time fee!
