When the “fraud prevention” from WellsFargo tell you to download this app, call your bank or go in person. Was no fraud on my account and no need to download anything. From the reviews below the banking doesn’t look that well anyway.

Unreasonably small daily deposit limit from ALL sources, literally cannot add funds in any ways. Useless bot support, inefficiency real agent support. Just so bad.

You need to let us control what kind of notifications we want to get from you. A lot of us don’t want the annoying miscellaneous notifications, we only want transaction notifications. I don’t care about potential points, I can see that in the app.

Everything about current since the new update is horrible the customer service the AI representative the god dang way they want you to pay for a better version EVERYTHING! Especially the dispute process they “loan” you the money back that was stolen from you then wait months later to tell you that it was denied and you indeed made that purchase and take it back out your account. So now you’re out of even more money! You call and they disregard everything your saying no matter if your screaming at the phone or talking calmly. I’m over it! I use to love current but just like Cash App I absolutely hate it! I told them close my account she says you have 9 cent left MA’AM YALL TAKE EVERYTHING ELSE TAKE IT! I’m just so blew away honestly!

this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with before they closed my account won’t give you my money back. I pretty much I’m screwed because current wants to keep currently screwing people because they’re currently the worst bank and they currently probably need to get their asses off the web. I don’t see how you close my account and then give me access to my money like you guys are thieves I wouldn’t recommend you guys to my worst I hope you guys get shut down and never run a bank again and everyone with the four or five stars they’re lying cause they’re all bots

Do NOT bank through them. They just decided to close my account and will not tell me why. I have ordered new cards recently because someone had my information and that is it. I cannot access or use any of my money now and they won’t do anything about it they are sending me a check with all of my money but that takes 14 days just to issue the refund and even longer in the mail. They won’t help or do anything they are absolutely awful, this should be illegal to do. Don’t bank through them.

Not only did $1200 disappear from my account, I was never reimbursed for my loss. Additionally, I went to login to my current account a couple years later and my account has been suspended for no apparent reason ??? Let me just add that I filed a police report as I was asked to do so, thinking I would eventually get my money back but no never did! And this came right after my child’s father had passed away and being that we were down to one income, this was a domino effect for me and my son during a very difficult time.

But now that I either have to update my iOS or alternatively get a new phone because the app won’t work on the iOS version I’m wanting to use. Apparently they’d rather lose customers, how are you supposed to add cash unless you can use the app, ridiculous
