Keyboard literally never sizes correctly and just hides my message box where I’m able to read what I type. Instead I need to keep hiding keyboard and then going back to typing…

This makes working with my IT team so easy and with other divisions throughout the US. We use it every day for quick communication and calling.

This app won’t let you join a meeting started with a link from someone else. Keeps making you sign in and reload the app. When colleagues ask me to join a meeting I just call in on my phone. Zoom is way better and easier to use.

We can’t send a message at all

For being 2026 this app sure does lack in productivity. Why can’t two users share their screens at the same time?

mediocre at best due to the fact its sole purpose of meeting someone by shared link doesn’t work and open the native app like its supposed to. instead it opens the browser and prompts you to download the app which you already have and then doesnt do anything from there so your already in a bad mood when you retry the link a few times to no avail.🥲

Vey buggy app also full of bloatware, not recommended.

This app is so annoying compared to other messaging apps. There always seems to an unread message popping up each day. Then the app shows 2 notifications with only 1 unread message.

I hate how the UI looks and how complicated this app is. But it isn’t the only one, other many apps seem to want to be as hard as possible to use. Why do I need to use Google to see how to add someone to chat with? Why can’t that be simple? Just asking for basic needs of a social app with a main focus on communication.

Perpetually needing to download apps is very difficult. First of all, they are device-dependent and second of all they take up memory. Why did Microsoft take away the option to continue on the website?

I’ve been using the Teams app basically since it was released for VisionOS. It works fine, I guess, but there are some changes needed to make it work well. First off, please PLEASE someone turn off the constant “An update is available” button. All it does is take me to the App Store where…no update is available. In fact, the app hasn’t been updated in a year, doesn’t support any of the most recent features, and feels totally forgotten about. If I could just install the iPad version, I would, but that’s blocked. More and more I find myself using Teams in Safari. Make no mistake, if I wasn’t required to use Teams for work, I wouldn’t touch it with a 10-foot pole.

I recently updated the iOS App for Microsoft Teams! I do see that there’s lot of change in how UI is being rendered on mobile device : iPhone 16e
When we open an individual chat, on the top left corner we’ve have an arrow icon which takes us back to the chat list and also delivered tick mark on the chat both of these is out of focus on the screen

Never just works. Always issues and constant bugs. Guess that’s what happens when you try to take advantage of the work force and only keep people for 18 months. Garbage software by a garbage company.

After all this time it still claims it needs permissions to scan my network to make a simple call, when no other videoconferencing app does
Taarak_the_Defender • Mar 3, 2026 ★ 1
When installed on iPad, Teams is indicating an existing, unread chat in the que when none actually exists. This is lousy UX.

Why is there no Apple Watch app? This seems to be a glaring omission.
