This app works fine, but unfortunately, the AI functionality feels pasted on. I continue to have issues where it will pre-fill a field with incorrect information. I also can’t find an option to turn it off

The Bill S&E corp card solution has been instrumental in supporting our organization’s growth from 1 to 10 employees. It is easy for employees to use and quickly snap pics of receipts. It is easy to adjust credit lines as needed based on business requirements and keeping risk low. It syncs seamlessly with QuickBooks. There is no corp card solution out there as flexible.

Thanks to my wife and I managing out personal finances weirdly, I managed this responsibility right away. Everyone hated it!! Gotta love weird people.

I have to physically login with username email and password. I’m asked continually how I would like to sign in in the future and the next time I sign in it never works.!! great concept, but still has a few bugs.

I have been a loyal customer of Divvy for over 2 years. I made a payment and they froze my account the next day. After a week of “deliberation” they proceeded to tell me they would not unfreeze it. Very disappointed in the way this was handled.

Extremely disappointed l. The platform has extremely poor security controls. Disputing fraudulent transactions is nearly impossible compared to companies like Amex.
Customer service is another major issue. It’s incredibly difficult to reach live agents.
On top of that cards are constantly getting blocked and jonway to unlock unless talk to a live agent which hard to to reach
Overall, its been an frustrating experience and we will replace bill.com with another provider

The new AI feature has made this app unusable. Before I could easily put in my notes but with the forced AI inclusion the AI puts in the wrong info or sorts it in the wrong category and now I have to go back and edit it to the correct one when it assumes wrong. Sometimes it does not register my corrections though so I have to refresh the app and try again until it actually saves it. So instead of being any help the AI feature has made it a worse experience than it was when I used it a few months ago

Bill.com is going down hill faster than they can manage. I was on a 10 day business trip when they dropped my credit limit to $2000. Why, because my bank account, which I had reconnected multiple times was once again disconnected. This has been happening for months with no fix. Good news is that after all of this, I finally has someone admit it might be something going on with the bill.com system.

Overall, I like having this option for my work card and receipts. A couple of things that could use some work:
-in the past couple of months, the app has started saving receipt photos to my camera roll. This is new and I don’t want it
-the app lags. Once I have everything entered and want to X-out of the transaction to the main menu, it takes about 10 seconds to be able to do that
-all transactions don’t load. When I look at the list, I want to start with the oldest transaction but that’s often a problem. The app just decides to move everything to the middle of the list and not load any of the older transactions. I often have to close out the app and reopen in order to get the transactions I want
-suggestions are no good. It never suggests my most common account selections. Always something I used once or twice months ago

Freezes when scrolling through transactions and won’t load older transactions forcing a log out, log back in scenario. Very frustrating. Please fix it!

Not only is a terrible app, and they half the time won’t reimburse you for fraud, the company doesn’t give their help desk the tools to actually help. We will be finding a new alternative soon.

The autofill actually finds the correct item rather often. The issue is there is no way to simply confirm that the option it has chosen is correct. I’m forced to deselect the item, which auto exists the menu, then reselect the same item it already had chosen. It’s literally just an extra step that serves no purpose in its current form. Give us a button on mobile to simply confirm that those options are correct.

This is so cumbersome it actually got me to leave a review.

App keeps glitching and getting stuck. I have to delete app an reset everyday to put mileage in. So frustrating

The system is easy and simple and I actually love it, but when hotels charge deposits and room holds and then take them off to then charge again later the funds that were originally taken, don’t come back every time and I don’t have enough budget for the rest of my trip, it’s very aggravating
