Uber in February dropped fare pay even crazier !! No more surge pay !! SoFi Stadium no more $25 base pay anymore !! And no surge for that huge event also !! This is the first time Uber didn’t Trigger surge pay !!! I cancelled all Uber rides offer. Uber in 2026 start to pay $2.40 per trip in Los Angeles. It was $3 minimum. And Uber drop UberX prices to $2 per mile for riders so drivers will get even worse fare now !!! And Uber price up for Uber Black like $5~7 per mile. Uber charged rider $17 for 3 miles and give driver $3 ? What a joke ??? Uber took over 80% of fare. And give driver 20% less ?! Uber is doing worse !!! By the way don’t trust heat map !! Heat map is a huge scam. I stayed heat map for a long time not even give me 1 trip offer !!! You will only able to earn gas money !!! You can not earn money on Uber. What happened on The Kia forum ??? A lot of riders request but Uber didn’t trigger surge pay and area Extremely disappointed !!! Wasting my 3 hours waiting and cancel over 200+ trips and wasting my 50 miles gas. Uber why are you do that ? It is not funny at all ! You ruined the concert. You broke drivers and riders !! Uber pay rate is extremely low start from 2025 !!! Surge pay period is too short !! It disappear when you arrive. Waste a lot of gas, time, energy and trust !! Uber now pay $1 per mile which is too low !! I was able to get $2~$3 per mile. Now you don’t have any chance to get that rate anymore !! Uber is now take 80% fares and give drivers 20% or less. How can Uber legally doing this business ??? Uber on Saturday busy hours still paying $1 per mile. It is why customers cannot find drivers.

How yall give the delivery increase ur cancellations rate and still the compensate u for ur time and when u go to support all they going to do is tell us to cancel as a driver.

Frequent failures. When you work with a promotion, you may not be paid for it.The support service does not help in solving problems with the application.

Driving for Uber is less reliable than sports gambling. The app constantly misleads its drivers to complete trips, even if the cost does not cover the gas/milage. Most drivers make less than minimum wage. Disgusting.

Cheating drivers out of money ALL THE TIME. Most of the ppl that use this app have pigeonholed themselves into a position where they pretty much have to accept any policies/rules/or regulations that they come up with. Drivers are victim to it EVERY DAY like i was

This app is pure piece of glitches. It is not problem if there was nice support. But it doesn’t. This app support is the most useless on this planet. They failed again and again to fix even simple things. If I got something really bad- good luck. You will fighting with support half year to finally get fix it. Or half year just partially fix a issue

Can someone help? I deleted the app temporarily so I can reupload it. And now it’s saying “open” instead of letting me download it back. Fix this

Five seconds of additional information such as Rider share location is unnecessary because I couldn’t see friggin GPS turns during that time, nor I can skip it.

As I checked with the investigation team they said I create an account with Uber eats it told them I never create an account with Uber eats and they were like OK we will investigate and then after that, they told me that I lost access permanently for this account and I can’t even create a new account and I was kept telling them that they can check the person who was getting paid from there that’s not my name that they can see in their system the person bank account and everything and not even that I showed them to that there is different person that which I don’t know who’s there the person was getting paid and everything and now they were saying that since like seven years ago, somebody use my account and neither didn’t got any email from them that you are getting paid from Uber eats.

I had a trip today and a few weeks ago going to a specific county. Neither paid fairly nor customer tipped. With that being said pay us equal fare or expect a lot of people to not be picked up. Some places have tolls and that comes from our pockets.

Uber Driver customer support is absolutely terrible. They are incredibly unhelpful and can never fix any issues regarding the app malfunctioning. 0/5 stars.

Please make it so when you turn off sound for notifications it does not override that when you open the app. It is ruining my ears when trying to listen to a podcast but then I open the app to look at an order and it blares the alert into my ears. Software guys fix this.

Don’t even bother. No customer service at all. Don’t know how to help and say they can’t help for everything. Constantly cancel orders and won’t get paid. Steal money and time from you.

I haven’t had any complaints as big as this one and I rarely complain. A few weeks or month ago I updated the app to where I’m now getting tons of offers from far away, compared to just a few far offers a day. I have never drove that far for an order and likely never will. Your app should be able to identify where I choose to accept orders and keep it to that area, unless I want to change it. This update has been killing my phone battery because theres too many far away offers. I really liked working with uber app until this update, these far away offers are truly annoying compared to other apps and killing my phone battery faster. Sometimes I don’t even want to log on because there’s too many far away offers flooding my phone.

For Good Friday, I watched two people give me positive feedback after the delivery and I’ve been one point from the next tier under satisfaction ratings for over a week. My numbers haven’t moved

Real Bad customer service from the company to the drivers

I find that this company does care about drivers. Gas out here is almost 5$ and nothing has changed for uber to compisate for that. Most likely would have to stop driving since its not worth driving for a company who is not going to help us with our cars. Some rides are too far away and they are like 3$. We dont get paid to pick them up just once they are in the car. Then they are giving a rating for not accepting them I find it unfair and not right.
They are micromanaging how you drive. If you drive bad they remove your perks including bonuses. They are giving ride that pay less than the city has to offer for minimum wage. Don’t drive for uber

CONSTANT freezes and crashes. I have to delete and reinstall the app MULTIPLE times a day! Can’t earn money and it doing that all the time!

App is buggy. There is no help from support.
