About AutoSleep
-----------------
Using Advanced Heuristics AutoSleep works out how long you've slept so you don't have to.
If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning.
Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple. If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply take your Watch off before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping.
As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper.
AutoSleep also integrates beautifully with the Eclipse Yourself and HeartWatch apps, our premier heart, health, activity, recovery and readiness monitoring apps.
*Requires Apple Watch running WatchOS 4 or higher.

Best app for sleeping. Lets me know how to track my wellbeing.

I use this app daily and I utilize the information I receive. It has made a huge difference in the way I feel as a result of getting better sleep. I’ve been using this app now for at least five years. Best sleep app out there.

The App is great, except I’m constantly having to reset the Respiration feature. That requires accessing the Health App in Settings, switching to All Off for this App, turning off and on the phone, and then hoping Respiration on App is active again. It often isn’t. It wouldn’t matter except this feature is why I bought it. And yes I’ve deleted the App and downloaded it again, and followed all the steps to reset as per the App

As a shift working emergency medicine physician I lied to myself for years about how much sleep I was getting and what kind of quality sleep I was experiencing. With AutoSleep the lies stop. I now have immediate, accurate, constructive data showing me how much I am sleeping and how helpful that sleep has been in restoring my physiology. With AutoSleep, I have unveiled a new SUPERPOWER, and it is called QUALITY ADEQUATE SLEEP!! Thank you AutoSleep!!

I’ve been using this app for years and I have learned a lot about my sleep. I never go to bed and wake up without it. 67

I have three sleep trackers – the official Apple health one, SleepWatch, and AutoSleep. My sleep schedule is often erratic – if possible, I tried to take a lengthy nap during the day to recharge, and Apple either doesn’t recognize that at all, or registers it as an indeterminant type of sleep. I know Apple could tell what kind of sleep it is, but it does not. How do I know this? Because AutoSleep does! Apple is just so hyped on their sleep focus mode that they usually won’t add it to my daily total.
SleepWatch is somewhat better and that it does capture lengthy apps but it doesn’t always capture when I start my sleep.
Today, my Apple Watch first read that I slept for six hours and 40 minutes, a serious undercount. SleepWatch said I slept for eight hours and 15 minutes, which was closer but missed my earlier nap, and AutoSleep had the correct number at nine hours and 35 minutes (this isn’t a typical night for me – I was sick and on medication). When I went back to verify my sleep in the Apple Watch for this, it had jumped to an amazing and clearly incorrect 11 hours and 15 minutes, including periods in the evening when I definitely was awake and making dinner.
In short, if you’re using Apple Watch to track your sleep, AutoSleep is the most accurate.

I’ve been using this app now for a couple of months. I am totally enjoying all the different things that it monitors. I appreciate so much having an app. That’s so easy to use and it doesn’t cost a monthly fee. Thank you.

Great app. I have been using this for some years does an excellent job of tracking my sleep, which has an amazing effect on my overall health. I don’t think there’s a better app for tracking your sleep.

Find we’re disappointed on days when Apple Watch and iPhone fail to communicate and we don’t get a grade.

Really think this sleep tracker is excellent

Have used this app for years. It is consistently improved by the developers. As a TBI patient quality sleep is crucial to my functioning. This app not only tracks my sleep but teaches me about my sleep. This app has guided me over the years to improving the quality of my sleep.

I have been using this app for several years. The data on the iWatch has never. Matched the data in the iPhone. Never. And yes I have the iWatch app set to “mirror” the iPhone. Other than that I really like the app. Made some suggested (by app) changes. Numbers don't jive, terrible conflicting data. Another app that sucks money from users and is totally inaccurate.

You can’t go wrong with this app!! I’ve been using this app for about 7 months and it’s so helpful for many things! I use it to help with tracking my migraines and pain issues. Days when my O2 levels are low (lower oxygen in my blood) are the days I tend to have more pain and migraines. I’ve adjusted sleep habits, pillows and room temperatures based on information and my results show improvement and I feel it as well!

Loving this app, one of my constant favorites. Seeing my info reflected back in an easy way, allows me to experiment and improve chances of better sleep. It’s been priceless. Thank you so much

Fantastic app. This app is the reason I own an Apple Watch.

AutoSleep displays all the factors of sleep necessary to understand how well I’ve slept which has helped tremendously in making adjustments to improving my sleep! It’s the first thing I check every morning.

I have been enjoying the sleep app for about 4 years now. I still don't completely understand what everything means. I was doing pretty good and enjoying it and all of a sudden all the colors changed. I tried to get it. back to what it was prior but to no avail. I'm still using it and I like keeping track of my sleep.

I mostly downloaded this for the advertised feature of a “smart wake” feature but you need to set it up each day on your watch. Otherwise, great information and very thorough.

I’ve also added the AutoSnore app. It tracks snoring using your iPhone microphone. This app requires turning it on before sleeping and turning it off when you get up. I use a CPAP. It gives me insight into whether I’m mouth breathing during sleep.
