Offshore support agent made up help ticket which I asked the Help chatbot can’t recognize. This app is useless while Xfinity website didn’t even load. Worst company ever!!!

I’ve had issues with other people being able to use my Xfinity service via ethernet. When applying a ticket or tech-support I was told that something in my house was split kind of like an apartment complex and that they were going to come and fix it so that way it was solely for my house and I wouldn’t share service with other people. No hurry the issue is still continuing and I have to constantly keep an eye out for new devices being on my network so that way I can pause them. This is causing increased security risk and has potentially cut even more of a concern that this has not been addressed and followed up with in a prompt matter. I wish I could say I feel as a customer however, the lack of care on Xfinity’s behalf to address this issue when it has been brought up multiple times in the past and at this point, I’ve had to realize solely on other sources to ensure my security on my own network. I have not gotten any follow ups about what they were supposed to do with the hardware here at my home so that way it doesn’t reflect a multi person or customers of Xfinity being so called “hub“ as per the technician that came the second time. I have reached out to my DIRECTV as per the request of Xfinity, however, on there and nothing it can be done.
At this point, I don’t know why I am still a customer when my security cannot be upheld and maintained by the company I do business with.

This app is not very user friendly. More often than not it says “ we’re having trouble, sorry, please try again”.

This is day two with no Internet, no television and I use my Internet on my phone when I’m in the house so I haven’t been able to use it on my telephone. This is extremely disturbing.

Every time I go to pay bill it says an error occurs and I have to open up my browser and pay through the website, pretty pointless app that never works

Getting the price new customers get, never. Been a customer for over a decade, would pay 1/3 less if I was new.

I got the app so I could pay my bill. That’s its ONE job and it doesn’t work! I even gave a grace period of almost a year of debugging and updates, etc., STILL DOES NOT WORK. It’s even worse than their webpage.
