To the people saying it’s a scam, make it to Platinum status and then you can hit Dash whenever you want instead of scheduling the dashes. Become a pro shopper, get your pizza bag and you can make good money

I used to DoorDash all the time then you changed the zones from 1604 to 410 which is ridiculous. Hopefully you change it back soon!!

I spend most of the day doing shopping orders. Since the update I can no longer listen to music or my audio book will doing orders. As soon as I go back to the Dasher app it forces my audio to stop. This needs to be fixed. There is no reason that we can't listen to other apps while we shop.

Even if you are a platinum dasher they continually give you orders with no tip. They screw you over on your shopper rating by wrongly denying a shelf tag photo !! You screwed me over on my shopper rating by denying two shelf tag photos and on top of that they both on orders with zero tip !!!! Half the time when we can’t find an item it’s because the store doesn’t even carry the item, but yet you have it listed for the customer to buy, so there is no shelf tag to photograph and yet you still punish the driver for that !!!!! DoorDash has turned in to a joke !!! The amount of of screens you have to go through to pick up an order now is absolutely ridiculous. And to begin with there is only the option to scan receipt, so if there is no receipt you have to hold your camera on the bag and wait 5 seconds for it to give you the option to just take a picture of the order. Like we don’t waste enough of our time already waiting for you to send a decent paying order and waiting at the restaurants forever for them to complete the order !!! The fact that you allow the customer to give zero tip is absurd and shows how little you truly value the drivers !! If you cared about the drivers you would have a minimum tip amount, but as long as DoorDash makes their money they could care less !!!!!

DoorDash help me received a refund but my dasher account was hacked and banking information was switched and payment went to unknown bank and individual.

As drivers we are making less than 45% on average of what we earn as DoorDash has lost several lawsuits for underpaying us the drivers. They pay us less and supplement the minimum wage with our wages with the tips when they say we get 100% of our tips.
When logging in and you pick your time they force selfies. Then the times you picked are no longer available. Because they did not save the times picked. Then they take 43/52% for auto insurance fee plus they tack on other fees and claim it’s because of local fees. We’re charged for promotions we’re involved in and loose more money on them when we are involved.

If they paid more for each delivery it would be a better way to earn money. With the price of gas right now it’s just not worth it. Also they need to update the navigation more often

The app keeps freezing up on me have to refresh after every delivery.. my app will say paused I go back nothings there, I click the home button and resume Dash and nothing so I have to refresh the app. I just update the app yesterday and same bs.. please fix the issue!

doordash on an e-bike is amazing, you don’t have to pay for gas and you still get similar paying orders, you’d have to doordash full time in a car to make a good days pay

If you’re thinking about DOORDASH, absolutely don’t not worth your time or energy. DOORDASH has to be a scam. Not only will you be waiting around for 45 minutes at a time just to get an order you’ll be paid garbage pennies to the dollar while using your own vehicle.
