The distance shown in miles is incorrect—the actual location is much farther away than indicated. In addition, the pickup and drop-off locations are different, but they were mixed up, which caused confusion and made the information misleading. Drivers should not be sent on trips where the drop-off is 20 to 30 miles away without accurate details. This kind of mistake creates unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, and it feels like no one is taking

They don't even provide a schedule for a single day of the week; and on top of that, using our lack of work as an excuse, they lower my score.

I can be online for hours and they never send anything even when I’m in the hotspots. They used to offer blocks but they don’t anymore so the offers aren’t worth it. Not a reliable source of income for full time or part time. I don’t know how they keep drivers

Not receiving orders for the past few days. I declined one order that was 30+ miles haven’t received offer since

You get paid well...until you realize you don't. I supposedly made $26 off two orders, one of which I waited 25 minutes for the food to be ready, then the second was way farther than what the map said initially when accepting the order. Turns out they only paid me $12.74 and not the 26 that I had accepted the orders for. There is no driver support number anywhere on the app. So I found it on Reddit. After calling them the agent said they have no record of it ever being that much for the orders. They even refused to give me the extra $3 per order that I was supposed to get according to the app. Since I didn't screenshot the initial amount, they said there is nothing they can do. So BEWARE!!! If you value your time, go with Uber or DoorDash. They pay what they say you'll be paid. This app is nonsense. After that I looked into it and a quick google search will show that they settled a $25M lawsuit over similar situations. I wish I would've know. "It was only $13." But I would've done something else with that hour and 20 minutes I wasted. Not to mention the gas that was used out of that $13.

Please, can you guys remove or disable the Driver Card activation pop up that shows up every time I want to set my status to “Taking orders” in the app? You guys no longer distribute physical driver cards anymore, and the 4-digit number from the digital driver card doesn’t work to “activate” the Driver Card and remove this popup from disturbing me. Can you guys please stop torturing people?

Also, why is the damn Availability button hidden behind two actions? First I have to tap the small “unavailable” bar with the red dot, THEN I have to slide the toggle to set to taking orders (and that’s if the Activate your Driver Card popup doesn’t get in my way). Are you guys okay? Why isn’t this just a button you tap to “Go Live” and tap again to become unavailable? Fix this please!

From a few months now, the app it is a mess. All the time when I download the app, for the navigation I have using Google maps app. I had to set up that in this app but….always grubhub’ app is set up for Apple Maps’ . I don’t have that app anymore in my iPhone. Why? Because it doesn’t work. The button for navigation doesn’t work. The app keeps going wrong. Multiple times you get missing orders, when you check out at the end of your block. Why? Because there are NOT notifications for these ‘missed’ orders!

Hardly any orders. Maybe 1 every couple hours, even when the map says Im sitting in the middle of a hot zone at lunch or dinner time. Also when you eventually get an order it can be stolen from you if you hit too many stoplights or traffic and the app decides you aren’t going fast enough leaving you part way or sometimes even at yhe location and you will be paid 0 despite the fact that you did half the delivery and the order was taken for no good reason to give to a driver who can’t possibly be an closer than you.

A lot of $5 orders lately. Most $5 orders are apartment complex orders which ends up taking longer than $10 ones. It really feels like the app puts you on hours hold even in red zones or pay is just not fair.

It should take 72hrs to verify a debit. A bank ok I understand that but a debit is a debit card come on now. And why aren’t there verifiers on the weekend to actually verify the card holder. I really don’t like that and find it very especially for new people coming to Grubhub to make extra money. So for that reason alone 2stars from

One gig took me to a house in a neighborhood. I called support, and the Indian voice on the other end kept telling me it’s a virtual restaurant. I understood that, but virtual restaurants are in real restaurants, not houses. I knew this was the nearby Ihop, so I drove there, and I couldn’t mark “arrived,” because I wasn’t in that housing addition. I called support again and was again told it’s a virtual restaurant. I explained several times slowly so that he could understand that I know it’s a virtual restaurant, and that it’s in the IHOP I was at, not in the house the app led me to. He wasn’t getting it. Out of frustration, I finally figured out how to remove myself from this delivery. I took a hit from GrubHub for doing so. My first “strike” from a delivery app. I tried my best. Regarding the offer screen, I can’t see the map. There’s just a thin bit of map above the delivery information, and I have to move that sliver of a map around to find pickup and delivery locations. The arrow that is supposed to move the text down and out of the way moves it about 1 mm down. In other words, it doesn’t do anything. I also wish the app map in between orders would focus in on my location rather than the entire GrubHub delivery zone.

When I am trying to log back into my account the app shows me my email or password is incorrect. I tried to change my password still shows the same . Now I am struck outside of the app . And the support is also not able to resolve this issue . Grubhub please check the glitches in the app and resolve it at the earliest . Thank you

The app is good right now There is a huge glitch in the backend of the Grubhub system it shows incorrect id and pass when ever you try to login . Customer support doesn’t know nothing and keeps on sending the auto generated messages. Tried to reach out the developer or supervisor of team but there is no info or contact . Later they say they will contact us via email but they never do.

I’ve been working with GrubHub for the past year full time & I am happy to say that this has been a great opportunity! I love that I am able to create my own schedule, cash out up to $500 everyday & customer service has always been top notch. Much appreciation for this company!

Grubhub has a serious issue with bots and schedule manipulation in NYC.some people are selling schedule slots which is unfair. Honest drivers can’t get hours or make money while others are benefiting by cheating. This needs to be fixed immediately
