The worst company ever to work for! They suck !!!

I’ve told customer service plenty of times that I have not received an offer in over a year !! Even though before I used to get them all the time , I was waiting a couple of days , then weeks , then months and then finally a whole year has passed by. It’s not possible Amazon has no packages for a whole year. Other friends of mine get offers all the time and they have no issues whatsoever! I keep getting the run around about my issue and they keep saying “it depends on the demand” give me a break , a whole year of no demand is ridiculous! I used to get instant offers, which is the option most people take since it gets you the most money and they could not explain to me why it was not appearing on my app. Overall very poor support, very horrible experience, I don’t recommend this app to anyone, please save your sanity and just don’t drive if you care about costumer support!

Everything is super unfair! Unpredictable! And it’s not a gig job, it’s a slavery in 21th century!

Solid app, good features, super responsive, even if you don’t have good reception

I’ve been driving for Flex for sometime now, and one of the biggest issues is that support is third party and outsourced to Hindu groups who don’t speak fluent English. They have to type up support tickets and they never seem to know what to say in these ticket submissions and it greatly affects your standings in the App. Literally the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing! If you
Have to change a route most
If
Then don’t know
How
To properly do their job, which costs you hours and money lost. Support will tell you that you have to speak with a station manager to get a new route, and then the station managers tell
You
That their hands are tied… make it make sense…. Amazon flex will be the mark of AI deciding your fate as well with falsehoods.

I’m new to this and I wanted to know how long it took everyone to get jobs or routes? And how do I get started?

The app is ridiculously bad. I have to constantly delete it and add it back. For the last few runs the apps gps system wouldn’t even work to let me scan packages or get me to the place. I was in the middle of nowhere and had no clue how to fix it. Then, I was literally at a customers house with them outside to receive their packages and the app kept reading error because the gps wasn’t strong enough to allow me to see which package was theirs and scan! It’s the absolute worst! Please did it!

They will offer low prices you can’t schedule. You have to wait until the last minute to accept a better offer. They don’t care about you or your car. A lot of times you get slapped on the hand for no access and bad GPS on occasion. Even if you do good here they could care less. Beware!!!!

Some routes are better than others. I feel like they should give you a general idea about where the routes are going. I think most people would prefer to see the area before hand in order to plan accordingly. I’ve dropped a few routes last minute due to the uncertainty of where I’d end up at simply based off of the route I had the day before. Some of the routes don’t pay enough for how far you have to drive and based upon the distance from one stop to the other.

The app has so many bugs it won’t even let you login, it just refreshes you back to the login page after every sign and attempted this app does not work at all

I successfully delivered and did well for three years THEN in Nov 2025 the app began reporting errors that had not occurred. Overnight my standing dropped from “fantastic” to “at risk” and within two weeks I was deactivated by the app. It’s now March and I have not been able to get a human being to review my account. I recd multiple “canned” emails saying I violated terms of service. I most definitely did not. Apparently Amazon doesn’t care if hard workers are deactivated and left without income by an algorithm. Shameful. Although to be honest I would go back to work today on the flex driver app if they would simply see the app has made errors, driver support failed to correct them, and reactivate my account.

The app is much better in one part still have glitches and they need a lot more to work on For example one Keith and very important thing to me is getting in contact with on road when you need to or with off-road when you need to I’ve noticed when I called directly from the app I always get on road support even when I’m not delivering, when I’m actually trying to get in touch with off-road SUPPORT, this makes things very complicated. I find a lot of miscommunications when speaking to enroll and try to get transferred to off-road many times on road support denies transfers. They say they can’t do it for some reason. Many have done it for me so I really don’t know what is the issue here it’s supposed to be a quick fix. I should not have to be calling the number direct and then verifying my information when I. When I should be able to just call directly from the app and choose to talk to on road or off-road, please get this done ASAP and make life a little easier for Amazon Flex workers. We need support and it’s very vital to us. We work hand-in-hand, but when miscommunication comes in play, it’s very difficult to get things done.

I don’t think Amazon flex does a very good job when it comes to realizing how far we have to actually drive on these further routes. I had had several routes where I end up over an hour from home. I end up having to drive over an hour home after the route is finished but am only getting paid for the actual route itself. Amazon only accounts for the miles you drive in the route. Not for getting home afterward and it has really taken a toll on how much gas I’ve been using which means I’m paying more money. It’s not fair at all. Amazon is paying us pennies to make them millions of dollars.

this app navigation skills IS HORRIFIC. it sends you down crazy alleyways. avoids highways and send you through pointless lights and backstreets when the highways/expressways are clear. it also makes your job more difficult with doubling back to a stop that you currently was at 5-20 stops ago or even splitting packages up into two when they're going to the EXACT SAME PLACE.. too many bugs and pointless actions in this APP for these guys to be so strict with the rules . im highly disappointed in this app. by far one of the WORST & NERVE wrecking apps ive ever experience. ive had it with this app PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM i will be reporting this app every chance i get.
