ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Once you is unfortunate enough to have joined Wix do not expect ny customer service. If you are fortunate enough to get a call back you will speak to a member of the human race that possibly understands the English language but, MOST CERTAINLY CANNOT COMMUNICATE IN IT. The accents are so bad that one does not know which language they actually attempting to use. Another issue is you cannot do any editing on the app. The confusion is rampant. Oh and one more thing, you have to at least have a degree in IT because when they make those random sounds they call a language and, you by chance were able to decode the noise, they will speak to you IT language. I would STRONGLY advise possible new customers to SERIOUSLY reconsider Wix as an option. Yep still feel the same AVOID WIX AT ALL COST

We used Wix for a small business and tried to take payment but when it was time for the payment to be released from Wix it took over a week to release to my account. They said it was approved then took it back and refused to give us our money. They continue to hold onto the money and we cannot get it into our account. Not good for small businesses as it’s caused huge issues for the business.

Nothing will load properly without crashing when you try to design a site (my device is brand new). It is very difficult to get off of the subscription screens to find the free version. The apps ai and the app in general took literally 8 minutes to load one ai response.

Being one of the most expensive platforms, Wix has been regularly failing me — the same issues plus new ones. Customer support is nearly useless now (and it used to be the best just 2–3 years ago). First I have to chat with an AI bot that gives me advice that doesn’t work. Then I get the option to talk to a human (and repeat myself), who either can’t solve the issue or just demonstrates their incompetence. Then the ticket gets escalated, and a couple of days later I receive an email suggesting I perform the same steps I’ve already done and that didn’t work — as if they don’t have a transcript of my chats with their support agent and AI bot. And then they just stop responding. A week later I have another issue and go through about the same experience with their support team. I’ll be switching to a different platform.

Not only are the transaction fees expensive they will allow customers to do fraudulent chargebacks resulting in you the user to lose money. This company has stole $900 from me in fraudulent chargebacks.

They offer bigger discounts if you sign up for multiple yrs of service. Unfortunately you must opt in for auto-renewal and then 3 yrs later without any notice from Wix , you receive a $545 charge on your credit card . I believe all customers would appreciate advance warning ! at least send a receipt for bill of sale … it was a transaction and I would like that for my records. I don’t appreciate the $545 charge on my credit card without warning. not customer friendly

It runs about 5x slower and removes all of those easy to use features in the Wix Editor. We have a Mac Pro running and omg it’s hell doing what we used to do in 5 mins it takes like 30 mins. Glad the old editor is there but sad to see the great days of Wix go away.
We are used to it however in the US. Too many people work on a project and no one cares about the end user. It’s weird how photoshop has maintained its usability along with Mac OS, but Wix takes dynamite to what worked so well. Get rid of Harmony.

I have yet to find value in purchasing a website from them. Customer service nonexistent and platform is not useable . Their ai is completely useless and doesn’t know left from right - a complete joke

Wix is the worst website builder there is. Not user friendly and the Ai is absolute garbage. It’s the opposite of helpful and takes forever to load. I used wix to make a not that great website and it took me days. My friend used another website and made a great website in about an hour. And his was free! I paid for hot garbage and want my money back

My 1st time needing to write a review for an app so poorly developed and gives constant bugs. Unfortunately, it’s essential to run my small business as I did not choose this platform and now I’m stuck with this app. Not for much longer, I’m taking my business elsewhere! :)

Worst app I’ve added to my website. It is incredibly frustrating to try to make everything work together. It destroys your SEO and there is no way to make adjustments to the essential metrics like header structure. Don’t even get me started on trying to format your posts appropriately..🙄

Just like on the website, there are major changes OFTEN that seem to create new problems. Constantly glitching adding valuable wasted time working around whatever problem is created. Doesn’t load all messages. Will show you the most recent 10 and then the next few are from weeks ago. No matter how many times I update I still get the same issue.
