ECG+ | Your Watch ECG Reader
ECG+ analyzes your Apple Watch ECG to unlock the crucial cardiac details hidden inside, then creates a report with clear evidence of what happened, ready to bring to your doctor. Findings include patterns such as possible early, or premature, heartbeats, which some people notice around moments of sudden palpitations or skipped heartbeats, and burdens associated with premature beats and AFib.
Most importantly, ECG+ tracks these findings for your peace of mind, so you know when things are under control or when your attention is needed, for example when premature beat burden is rising.
ECG+ does not diagnose symptoms or medical episodes. Instead, it presents your recorded ECG data in a clearer, more structured way, so you can have a more informed and productive conversation with your doctor. Many users, including medical professionals, have found real value in ECG+.

○ helpful app
I had an appointment with a cardiologist today. I printed my ECGs from this ECG+ app. The cardiologist's response was: "wow, this just saved us such an amount of time and research". He could immediately see the direction he should be looking further into.

○ Advanced readings to help your cardiologist
Today I showed my Doctor several ECGs derived from my Apple Watch through ECG+ and advanced data analysis. He was really impressed and helped answer a lot of my questions on PACs and PVCs. Apple ECG alone will not identify enough of what's going on. Highly recommend this app.

○ Accurate reading
I am a retired Paramedic and can read ECGs very well. I knew I was having an irregular heart rhythm so I downloaded this ecg+ app and printed out my latest one lead ECG. I went to the Emergency Room with the print out, ecg+ was spot on and matched the 12-lead in the ER. The ER doc was quite impressed with the interpretation and print out.

○ Very accurate
As a CT ICU nurse of 34 years I find the readings on the EKG app to be surprisingly accurate! I'm very impressed with the quality of the telemetry given that it's from a watch on my wrist. It's also quite reassuring as I get older to know that it can automatically monitor for arrhythmia so I can be more proactive in following up with my physician on my heart health.

[Intuitive designs]
Every finding is marked directly on the ECG, with the supporting measurements laid out in one clear report:
Premature beats - the skipped, extra or fluttering beats you actually feel
Rhythm patterns - bigeminy, trigeminy, quadrigeminy, couplets and triplets, marked where they happen
Premature-beat burden - how often abnormal beats occur, tracked over time
QT / QTc interval measurements
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) - with its trend, shown as a Poincaré plot
AFib irregularity - the irregularly-irregular pattern that points to atrial fibrillation
[HealthKit]
ECG+ integrates with Apple Health through HealthKit, making it easy to access your Apple Watch ECG recordings without manual imports.

The app worked great until this most recent update. Now it doesn’t even catch things and it misses a lot when it identifies potential PACs and PVCs. And of course the app gets worse after I pay for the yearly subscription

Helpful advice for staying on top of your heart ♥️

This is the only ecg app I trust. Had an issue with the app and after I reached out they fixed it so quickly. They really helped after my preeclampsia. Easy to understand and much more reasonable pricing than anywhere else

My Apple Watch Ultra 3 records regular ecg’s for me. It’s very informative and the ai is detail oriented with even nuances in the analysis. I recommend its usefullness.

Let’s stop doing this where we can click every other option on the page with ease but contact support doesn’t work. ECG reads were inconsistent to begin with.

I recognized the value in this app. as an early adopter. Having been a Paramedic for many, many years. The developers are truly pushing and advancing the data and its history to new levels which amaze me and inform my life decisions.

The developers seemingly are moving what used to be free features behind their subscription paywall, such as PAC burden.

Not sure why all these health apps require you to pay…. It’s ridiculous in my opinion. Not everyone has the money to subscribe to stay on top of their health.
Yes, I’m a single mom with a mortgage and bills with a car note. Things are difficult for my homestead with the increased cost of living. I’m paycheck to paycheck. Wasn’t born into money, didn’t marry into money. I work hard for my change. Don’t have enough to go around.
Maybe someone can mention a free app as I’m having some heart issues that I need to stay on top of. Thanks. Sorry for the long review.

When compared to 3 other ECG reading apps, it's completely different. This one says my p wave is 150, while two other apps say it's 80ms. Very different. This app is VERY inaccurate so why bother. Ridiculous.

I have been an ECG+ subscriber since March 2020. I did not have any reason to buy the premium subscription, I was just curious. I was 64 then. Both my parents had significant heart problems. Because of the pandemic I decided to keep an eye on my heart.
From March 27, 2020 until January 27, 2026 I did not have any significant issues other than an occasional PVC or skipped beat. On January 28th my watch picked up an atrial fibrillation event. I initiated 3 more readings, all resulting in an AF indication. 6 more scans on the 29th, with 5 AF readings. I notified my doctor who had me in the very next afternoon. Their ECG machine verified what ECG+ and my Apple Watch had reported. I was in the ER an hour later and was diagnosed with Atrial Flutter. The following week I was at my cardiologist who verified my watch and app readings, plus my doctor and the ER’s readings.
Yesterday, February 24, 2026 I had a cardio version, which shocked my heart back into a normal sinus rhythm. This was after nearly a month of continuous AFlut readings every day, new meds to thin my blood and stabilize my heart for the procedure!
I absolutely believe ECG+ saved my life by reading my Apple Watch’s sensors and reported my AF reading. I would not have known until it might have been almost too late.
Needless to say, Great Job with the app, 5 Stars!!!, and thank you!

This application does not meet expectations. It significantly differs from the representations provided on their official pages. I have sent four emails; this has been the sole method of communication attempted, yet no response has been received. I want a full refund!!!!
