Best of all, monitoring runs entirely within Keeper's own secure infrastructure – your personal data stays completely private.
SECURELY SHARE PASSWORDS AND ACCESS
Share a password, passkey or file with anyone – even people who don't use Keeper – with a One-Time Share link that expires automatically. Set view-only or full edit access, revoke instantly and see changes sync in real time. Organize credentials in shared folders with nested subfolders and individual permissions for each person. No duplicate copies, no emailing passwords ever again.

Put simply — I have no idea what I would do without this app. I’d be lost without it with all of the passwords, insurance policies, documents (for each family member), etc., that we navigate these days. I recommend it to everyone.

Simple, Thorough

I have been a customer for many years and have always been very happy with how the app functions. However, their price recently increased by a huge amount and there was no notice before the automatic payment was processed. As there is a strict no refund policy, I have no recourse. Very poor business practices.

I got a new phone and obviously have been running into walls left and right as I get back into various accounts
The whole point of this app is to make moments like this easier, but instead I’m asked for a “recovery phrase?” What a weird prompt and who in their right mind is going to recall a random phrase from years ago that has no guardrail or hints?!?! This is absolutely ridiculous given how much I pay for this app and how hard it is to use !

Extremely frustrating experience. I tried multiple times to cancel my family plan online, only to find out there is absolutely no way to do it through your account dashboard. You are forced to jump through hoops and submit a support ticket just to stop the auto-renewal. Deliberately making it this difficult to cancel to trap users into paying for another year is deceptive. Think twice before subscribing!

Keeper gets better every day. Autofill not perfect but improving. Works seamlessly across our devises.

I’ve tried a ton of password managers — **Bitwarden, LastPass, 1Password, Proton Pass, Dashlane, NordPass, Enpass, Strongbox, Norton Password Manager, and even iCloud Keychain — and Keeper is one of the most complete and customizable I’ve used.
The app feels solid, clean, and easy to navigate, and everything is organized in a way that just makes sense.
What really stands out is the level of control:
• Powerful password generator (you can even choose specific symbols)
• Flexible 2FA options (authenticator, SMS, Duo, RSA, Apple Watch, or security key — no forced combo)
• Security audit + detailed activity/history logs
• Tons of settings (auto logout, clipboard clearing, offline access, autofill, etc.)
It’s not just a password manager — it feels like a full security hub.
Only downsides: pricing is a bit high, and importing records requires a desktop (even though export works on web).
Overall: easily one of the most feature-rich password managers available.

The only reason I keep using this trash is momentum; migration out of this ecosystem is unavailable.

Been using it a long time. If you only have Apple devices then “passwords” is enough, if you use Chrome or Edge you can save your passwords there; but nothing works everywhere the way keeper does and quick and smooth with good security features. I used to use LastPass but Keeper is far more polished and sticks the landing every time. Money well spent.

such a phenomenal app to store all of your passwords.

I’ve used this app for many years. Easy to use and update. I trust this app will all my important data. But, I cannot afford the 150% increase in the yearly subscription. I will be looking for a new password keeper. Or I’ll have to write all my info on paper and keep it in my safe.
LightHillSalt • Apr 2, 2026
My entire family uses it (including my teens!). It's easy to understand and use and it's a piece of mind we all need when managing access to our most important apps. Get it!
GGNguyen1 • Apr 1, 2026
I’ve been a user of this app for YEARS (maybe 10+ years) I have been happy to pay the subscription fee as it’s gone up incrementally over the years. I’ve been paying $14.99/year for at least the last 5 years or so. The subscription fee for this year jumps to $39.99!!! That’s a 166% increase! That is outrageous, and really crazy for those of us who have been subscribed users for a long time. I will not be renewing my subscription and will be looking for another app to use instead.

I have an iPhone, iPad and iMac. unfort
unately our house was broken into and or iMac
our iMac and iPad were taken and then
bought a kindle pad to hold us over unt
il those are replaced.
Update: I have used them for many years now and they have been excellent with cs. Unfortunately now that there is apple password I no longer need it. But rest assured that this app and its great customer support is worth having it.

Takes over LOTS of file types like PDFs and PNGs. The result is these types of files are rendered useless, at least on an iphone. Other password managers are not so draconian. This app is antisocial and should disappear.
