Dropbox: Cloud Storage Backup
Dropbox lets you upload, save, and transfer photos and files to the cloud. Backup and sync your pictures, videos, documents, and other files to cloud storage and access them from any device, anywhere. With advanced sharing features, it’s easy to share and send photos or files to family, friends, and co-workers.
Features:
• Automatically upload videos and photos from your camera roll to cloud photo storage - all in the background - for easy video sharing and photo sharing.
• Access any file in your account - even offline - and preview over 175 different file types with no special software required.
• Easily send large files by copying and pasting a link you can give to anyone, even if they don’t have a Dropbox account.
• Scan documents, receipts, IDs, photos, and more using your mobile device and transform them into high-quality PDFs, so you can view and send anywhere.
• Sync folders on your PC or Mac to Dropbox with computer backup, and recover older versions or restore deleted files with version history and file recovery.
Sign up now for your free Dropbox Plus trial. You’ll get 2 TB (2,000 GB) of storage space - that’s enough room to save files from all your linked devices. And with Dropbox Rewind, you can roll back any file, folder, or your entire account, up to 30 days.
Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. To avoid auto-renewal, turn it off within at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your Apple ID account settings. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

You used to only have to subscribe for one month for the whole year in order for your data not to be terminated. The only way now to get help directly from them is to be an paid user!

Now, when I try to upload a file save from a freelancer company directly to dropbox it doesn’t let me one search for the file or folder. I want to put it in.
It gives me a list of folders. I cannot find it and if it’s somehow nested in another folder, even when I create a new folder, it nested it somewhere.
It should immediately put it in the drop-down folder list.. or give you a choice to search for it or if you create a new one, it doesn’t have to be nested under anything else so you don’t have to be a detective to find it (give a choice of it if you wanna be nested under something or not)
On this iPhone, there’s no choice to move it to its own folder so I can see it in the folder list to actually upload it or download it.
(yes, if I open the file, there is an upload link. That’s not what I’m talking about.)
If I click upload, it will let me search my files on my iphone… not what I’m talking about..
But see if I get something from fiver
I click on Dropbox
It doesn’t show the folder. It shows a list of folders and no way to search or search under something.
(yes click and see if the arrow goes down under 100 files and see if you can find out which drop-down it is)
If I create a new folder, it puts it under something else.
on the laptop, this is not a problem
I do hope that they work on a better navigation and perhaps search feature utilizing the uploading in the way I was mentioning..

I opened up the app and it forces you into signing up and then places you in a free 30 day trial with at the end of the 30 day trial it will start billing you and it is virtually impossible to cancel your subscription without reading pages and pages of everything except for the cancellation button. I will never recommend a service that cannot be honest enough to provide you with easy access to cancel a mistake just for opening up the app to see what it is all about 🤬

Because I use the free version every single time I login you hit me with all these options about how I’m almost out of storage and I’ve actually deleted files so I can keep things free the more you advertise the more you make me grin when I think about how I’m not paying for this

Dropbox makes accessing files on the go super easy. No more lugging a bunch of books around. It’s nice tethering my iPad to my iPhone hotspot. Safer than joining unsecured WiFi. Thank you for making my life easier.

I’ve tried other methods for sharing large collections of files. None of them work this smoothly. it just works.

I keep getting notifications that I have used all of my space. There are a handful of pdfs so this is pure lies to get my to increase storage. I have inquired many times to ask “where are all these alleged gigs of files” but the support tickets are all lies, too - never have I received a response.
