Trying to sign in to UPS is a impossible task if you forgot anything on your original sign up information. It is VERY unfriendly for users!!!!

I had my package delayed because of falsely reporting business was closed but we have been open from 7:45 am till 7:00 pm. The truck drivers are very irresponsible and make unrealistic reports. It has happened to my business many times.

The functionality is there but every time I open the app I need to sign back in again and with each update it seems I’m signed out. Other apps have figured this out so why has UPS?

If the driver leaves a slip showing that a signature is needed and you sign it and leave it on the door like it says……why would the driver leave the package? Who knows..UPS wouldn’t even let my adult son go pickup the package at the hub. Why???
