I downloaded the app and it’s pretty decent for looking for properties. That said, DO NOT ENTER YOUR PERSONAL INFO. It gives off the impression that you are inquiring about a single property to the realtor of that property. Once you submit you will be contacted by every realtor and loan agent in America trying to sell you their services, different houses and lord knows what else!

Very slow loading pictures

Prior to the latest update, after clicking on a listing and then clicking on photos, the view went to full screen, where I could generally have full views of the rooms and I could zoom in for closer examination. Now there is no full screen photo view and the photos are not zoom-able. In fact the photos appear cropped or truncated, and the whole listing remains in the popup view. What happened to our full screen photos?

Deleting this app. The homes in search results are 1/3 ‘spotlight’ (basically ads) homes that do not meet filter criteria. Tired of sifting through homes I would never be interested in.

As opposed to making us resubmit it

Not sure what has changed with this app, but now after a few mins of use it freezes and I am forced to force close the app and re-open which then causes me to loose my current search results.

I don’t wanna sound like a commercial, but Realtor.com gives the most up-to-date information, the map is so easy to use to surround an area of which I am looking and can do it in any state. I absolutely love this site and have bought two homes on it.

It used to be when you typed in a city name or zip code, most of the addresses were in that city or zip code. With the new version, I am not getting the city I asked for, but I am getting cities 30 plus miles away. Don’t they test the program before releasing it?? I will probably blow this app off and use one of the many others. It’s too bad. I have used this app for years, and it was always very good. That is, up until now.

You’re no longer able to zoom in on photos while on the app and the virtual tour feature for the house we’re buying is gone. Much less user friendly than before this update. Never thought I’d say this, but we now use Zillow. They have virtual room staging, zoom, and the tours are available on their site.

I downloaded app because I was thinking of trying to get a house... Your app spams the same listings that I looked at months ago in my emails in the middle of the night. I deleted the app and it is still spamming me with emails. Please do something about this 🤬🤬

Home age in years vs. typing in the actual year range is not the best. For example, 30 years vs. 1996. Also, it jumps from 50 years to 75 years, but I want 60 years or really, I’d like to type in a year like 1966! Ty!

Always good options. Thank you!

You can often look up past sales and see the old listings with all the pictures, which is better than on Zillow. Thai really helps me as a Real Estate Investor when reviewing comps.

No way to search for downstairs master bedroom .
CleverRoad • May 19, 2026
The real estate agents do not contact you about housing inquiries making this app a very poor experience.

If you put in the general address of condominiums, it automatically opens a specific unit whether you like it or not. Then, when you escape out of the individual unit, it brings the map back to its last location rather than the address you just entered. Unusable.

My family and I have been looking for years and years and this app really helped us find our home

All the money they’re using to run ads featuring Reba could be going to paying someone a decent salary to fix what has become a dumpster fire, respectfully. The app is so bloated it takes forever to load. When trying to find listings while out driving it takes so long you have to pull over and park because the app is going to need a few minutes just to load and another few minutes and taps when you tap current location to wake up and get with the program. Picture quality is terrible. The save function hasn’t worked for years both in app or on the web. You save things and the button toggles like it got it but you go to your saved list and the listing is not there. If a competitor really wanted to take out Realtor they are setting a pretty low bar (hello Homes.com, Zillow - somebody!)
