Duo Mobile
Duo Mobile works with Duo Security's two-factor authentication service to make logins more secure. The application generates passcodes for login and can receive push notifications for easy, one-tap authentication on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.
Additionally, you can use Duo Mobile to manage two-factor authentication for other application and web services that make use of passcodes.
Note: For Duo accounts, Duo Mobile needs to be activated and linked to your account before it will work. You will receive an activation link as part of Duo's enrollment process. You may add third-party accounts at any time.

As far as 2fa or technically 3rd goes this app is likely as painless as it gets. There are some hiccups that occur from time to time, and that’s what holds me back from a higher rating. Our IT group blames the app and, well, then the support for the app blamed the IT group. It is probably the latter

The automated systems in this app have repeatedly failed. Phone numbers are “not yet assigned” and activation codes are all either “invalid” or “expired”. Zero customer support

I work at the University I attend so It helps when me because I have to use different passwords for my student and employee access. I can either press the its me button on my phone or create a passcode.

There’s nothing like the frustration of realizing you left your phone behind as you attempt to log in to your work computer. Hopefully it’s just in your car and not back at the end of a 30-minute commute, but hey that’s security these days. Not only do you need a code to get into your device, you must then have the correct password app and syncing dual-authentication to get into your work computer which granted has valuable information scammers would love to get hold of.
