It appears that with latest versions, the focus on the core functionality of Adobe, such as being able to read document smoothly, print them etc. has taken a huge backseat. The focus seems to be not just on adding new features such as AI and the ability to edit documents, etc., but to even then shove them down peoples throats so that half of the screen is occupied by these unnecessary feature advertisements. The new versions are disappointing and have ruined and otherwise wonderful product . if I could have given a zero star, I would have done that.

Adobe cloud storage is unreliable at best! The wasted hours I have spent having to re draw diagrams because for NO REASON, the app just suddenly switches to the home page, not saving my work to the cloud is absolutely infuriating!!!!! The worst is when it happens in front of clients.

I find it sooooooo funny that adobe still charges a premium for features that are included in free apps these days, keep it up adobe!

I have paid for “3rd party” Adobe Acrobat Premium Pro bundle MONTHLY for 29.99 and my documents are missing, the app is NOT functional and I intend to spend the hours of effort to receive justice. Absolutely ZERO support services, developers U/K !

Disgraceful- yes will reach legal channel. I want answers! I want my premiums returned, & my personal data for 10+ years FOUND! Formal complaint with Apple Legal/ FTC/ …. shocked, and now in emergent position!

I signed up for month-to-month basis payments and came to find out it was actually an annual month-to-month payment subscription. They’re trying to make me pay a cancellation fee of over $100 now. I did not sign up for an annual commitment and the sneaky wording and hidden annual fee was dishonest. Then I do some research and find out Adobe has actually gotten into legal trouble over this issue. Garbage.

After most recent update the app lags becoming unusable for up to 60 seconds after importing, duplicating, moving, or renaming a file. This appears to be related to the addition of the recent file access on the side bar menu as the issue has intermittently existed on the home tab that lists recent files. Not to mention after every update I have to disable the AI functions that do nothing but get in the way.

I wish they would make updates optional. With every update, acrobat is getting worse and worse. When I first downloaded and used acrobat, years ago, it was great and loved it. It functioned perfectly. Now with every update it’s becoming more glitchy, slower, freezes, takes forever to open a file, it’s so annoying.

The app worked great, was using it to convert logs from my apple analytics files by converting them to pfd format and having the ai assistant analyze and explain them to me, trying to find out the exact network address of the person or people in my home network that have placed hidden mdm profiles on my phone, but like every app I use to do this, the app became more and more prone to not being able to function, I have a list of paid subscriptions to brands I’ve spent money on documented, in case the day comes that financial reimbursement is forced to be paid on their end, if you remove that aspect of it, it’s probably the most useful document app I have used on iOS

After updating to the latest version, the app gets very slow to open any pdf on the iPad Air 4. It takes well over 15 seconds just to open now where it used to take less than 5. The app just keeps getting worse and worse every update.
