I use file explorers on multiple platforms. FE Pro is one of the best on the IOS platform which is saying something because Apple does not make this task easy.

The most recent update breaks viewing most mpeg videos via software and hardware mode.

Application crashes often and whenever I connect to a server to run video it was saved temporary but the next time when I try to my again I will not be able to connect to the same server. I will have to delete the profile and recreate the profile and reconnect. This is too much work.

This app used to play videos from your home computer. Now it is a useless file browser that doesn't do anything. Don't waste your time or money.

After the most recent update, using my Apple Watch or my CarPlay steering wheel buttons,I cannot move next or previous between videos using CarPlay, or Apple Watch. I must only isr the previous and next buttons in the App. Other apps work properly with watch and car play.

I used to be able to transfer files from FE to my Windows pc using the Copytrans Filey app. No longer.

Loved the app but now hate the relocation of the video progress bar to the bottom. I wish we had the option to revert to the old layout. Does everything I need but this change completely throws me off.

v11.5.3 on my iPad works just fine, v11.5.4 on my iPhone won’t connect to any files with same network connections as iPad.

You can’t see or access any files on your device other than photos or videos.

I am a blind user. This app is fantastic. It works so well with voiceover. Of course I paid for it. I paid for good things.

Everything works as expected. I can access my NAS files and transfer files from my phone to my NAS in order to free my phone’s internal storage.
Just need one thing to increase my rating to 5 stars… Please, update or change the video player to one that allows zoom in or allow to open videos with iPhone gallery app.

Current version of iOS has broken NAS shares. This works as well as can be expected within iOS and has solved the problem of moving files from my NAS to my phone. iOS currently will only move folders from a NAS, but not any subfolders or files.

Access blocked: FE File Explorer has not completed the Google verification process.
I'm been using this app off/on for a long time. Today I ran into this roadblock.
I hope this can be fixed quickly. Once corrected I'll increase my rating to 5 stars.

App is a sham. Bought it to be able to access local files on iOS, it advertised being able to do so, toting itself as better than the native Files app for iOS, but when I installed it and tried to access the files “On My iPhone” I was met with an inability for the app to access local files without relying on just directing me to the “Files” app. 0/10. This is app is garbage and a word to the wise? Don’t waste your money or your time on this.

Works well after I finally gave my smb1 connected HDD a name and one without a spaces in it. (HINT!)
The MP3 player works also very good and stable.
An additional function I'd like to see is the ability of the mp3 player to play MP3s from sub directories and maybe a random play function.
