It is smart, thorough, reveals sources, tells me when it can’t do something, and another thing I really love is that it remembers all of our conversations, so it may bring in a detail I mentioned in a previous query that relates to the current one. I also am really grateful that Anthropic developed Claude with an ethical constitution. It has demonstrated its ethics to me on a number of occasions. I haven’t even tried using the more technical things it is capable of yet. Highly recommended!

Got this app and will delete it after this review for the simple fact that it asks you for way too much personal info to be able to open it. Also why do I have to scan the QR code that appears on my phone from another device in order to access this app, you are asking for way too many steps, way too many requirements, this app is not old people friendly at all. Don’t bother with this

I’ve used Claude for about a month now. It has been very helpful for answering my minor medical questions: cold symptoms, bicep tendinitis, and exercise routines for muscle aches.

Sorry GPT, there’s a reason the DOD wants Claude and not you as their primary model.

One thing that get in my nerves, is chat limit max out at 100% I got to wait three hours that’s stupid, weekly max for all chats I pay for this chat. I should be able to talk to one of the who I want not be limited to a week at a time that’s ridiculous.. but over all everything else works really well. I do enjoy. It helped me write my books with my input because of my dyslexic and my ability not to spell very well.. I do hope that you fixed it make it easier for us to be able to use it limiting us to it. It’s just kind of pointless in my opinion.

Erasing weeks worth of information and conversation as of a few days ago. I never had this problem before. This is my go-to for self-reflection, and it is really discouraging to have so much information and so many conversations be forgotten. This was my favorite AI to use to self-therapy and personal reflection (I've tried a few), so I will still give 3 stars. But I may refrain from using it for a while,
because it is so disheartening when it forgets so many of our chats, and I don't want to have to keep re-explaining. It's exhausting.

Claude's top of the line, no doubt about it. Reasoning, memory, and ability seem top of the top for me, but man, I have had it up to here with this app. Recently, it's been jumbling my conversations across days, and the context is completely messed up now. All my chats are permanently a mix of different day's chats. For a company with such a good model, messing up on something as simple as keeping the chats from getting corrupted shouldn't be this hard. Its pretty inexcusable, in my opinion. I hope they can get their act together with the basics. Issues are not present on browser, but it messed up some of my chats.
Update: I can't beleive this - again my chats have been corrupted. Whats the point? Its a great model but only for one continuous chat? Cant count on your data being stored correctly? Chats being corruoted, not deleted but corrupted, is a major screw up. I had this rated 3 stats thinking it was a one time glitch, but this is ridiculous.

Used chargpt changed and I can’t make Claude to work right for me. What I am doing wrong?

Use it for coding. The usage gone like crazy and ran out in a matter of an hour of a 5-hour usage. The weekly usage is barely get by. I have to leverage other AI so I don’t used up Claude. I might as well switch to different AI all together.

Really like the out put and how the program systematically Claire’s inputs and allows you to input what you already know and at the same time fill in gaps that can be elected for study later and vetted

I’m a 17 years old trying to build a pc and this out of the nowhere decided to ban me, I lost all instructions I was following. Idk what’s its problem with forcing this app to be +18 but I’m not even doing anything shady and I get ban. At this point just move to ChatGPT bc then when the free messages stop, it’s HELL. And then the glitches, saying that “Claude is blah blah in the back” but then “error” and I need to retype the prompt

This app’s lack of transparency around usage limits and its absence of meaningful customer support raise serious consumer protection concerns.
The service imposes usage limits and restrictions that are not clearly disclosed or intuitive based on actual usage. When those limits are triggered, there is no meaningful explanation provided to the user, and no practical way to resolve the issue.
More concerning is the complete absence of accessible human customer support. Attempts to seek help result in automated responses, delayed or unresolved tickets, and no clear path to escalation. For a paid service, this creates a situation where consumers are effectively locked out of functionality without recourse.
Additionally, dispute resolution through the App Store lacks transparency. Requests are automatically denied without clear justification, leaving consumers without visibility into how decisions are made or how to challenge them.
At a minimum, this raises questions under U.S. consumer protection standards around fair disclosure, transparency, and the ability to resolve billing or service-related issues. When a platform controls access, billing, and dispute resolution—but does not provide meaningful support—it creates a significant imbalance for consumers.
There needs to be clearer disclosure of service limits, and a reliable, human-accessible support channel for resolving issues in a timely and accountable way.

This app loses chat history on the regular. Not compaction, not anything else, lost, gone, you enter a prompt and two weeks of history gone. So claude goes of the rail, destroys code because it doesn’t have relevant context. It’s worthless. Oh, tokens do count. No accountability for this trash app. This is Microsoft bad.

Claude does a good job of organizing and developing thoughts in a meaningful way. Seems more organized and logical in this regard than ChatGPT. It did make a few mistakes in its understanding, so if you’re versed in the subject it shouldn’t be a problem, otherwise like ChatGPT you could be missing key details and end up down the wrong path. The prompts for continuing questions sometimes jump too quickly, but obviously you can slow the conversation down to interrogate ideas thoroughly before jumping ahead. Not sold on the app artifacts feature yet, there were quite a few bugs when trying to use it.

Honestly, love this better than ChatGPT. I don’t code, but for regular chat this is amazing. Best decision I’ve made… they got my $20/mo

Clearly they don’t care about functionality and push features they likely don’t test themselves. If anyone who worked on this app actually used it daily these wouldn’t be a problem. I will make a simple edit to a conversation and suddenly the entire conversation is wiped and it’s restarted in the UI which is just lovely… and when I click on the copy to clipboard on a message one above the last it copies the first message not the message I clicked on so there has clearly been next to no beta testing on this application or the half the updates are made with Claude Code. I love the models but there is no transparency or support and good luck talking to someone.
