I’m getting endless calls during my quiet hours. I also set up a DND because of this. Guess what. Still getting every call. This app is 100% garbage.

App does not support WebEx webinars. Prompted to install WebEx Meetings which is not available for Apple Vision Pro.

I can answer the call but neither side can hear the other. When the vpn is off, it’ll work.

Hi!, can you please add more features because I got hacked by my so called friend when I was chatting she randomly hacked in my account or stole it and she’s uosong it please on settings add hide account? Please do this it’s a help

I’m on an iPhone 16e with iOS 26.3. Even when my WebEx availability is set to “do not disturb” I’m still getting notifications and ringing on my phone when receiving phone calls to my work phone number that is connected to my Webex. This is a recurring problem that has been happening for months now, I’m surprised this bug hasn’t been resolved yet and it is extremely annoying.

Been so many times where the app logs me out automatically but then doesn’t actually show a notification or refresh the app, so I’m stuck in an interface that’s not updating with new messages, even when I close the tab and open it again. Missed a few important messages bcuz of this!

I only need this app when I’m working remotely. I ended up removing it from my phone because the app bypasses all attempts to silence notifications, including bypassing DND settings.

Why do I need two Webex apps on my phone, Webex and Webex Meetings? Otherwise the Webex features are pretty solid.

My role involves communicating with a team. Our primary means of communicating is by radio but messaging is a close second.
Previously we used WhatsApp but were caused to move to Webex for security and audit purposes.
While we have become used to Webex i still feel that WhatsApp was faster and more flexible.
The primary thing I miss from WhatsApp is the ability to take pictures in the chat and then draw on them, and then immediately send into the chat.
In Webex I have to take the picture or screenshot, then edit in the album and then send, often costing precious time.
If you could fix that, that would be awesome.

Started using this in 2013 for our small business. It’s always been so hard to troubleshoot problems. But we’ve sold the company and I had to cancel my subscription and it took most of a day to cancel it. So complex (Cisco or Webex?) with numerous calls and emails. I was beginning to think I had to offer up my oldest child to get out of it. Wouldn’t recommend.

If you’re done with your workday and you turn off all Webex notifications both in the app and iOS, turn off Webex’s access to cellular data, turn off background app refresh, turn off unknown callers, and turn on iOS Do Not Disturb, Webex will bypass everything and you will receive calls throughout your off-hours. You can plug in DnD in the app, but that turns off the office landline’s ability to receive any calls as well (so not an option if other people at your office work when you don’t). The only option is to delete the app every time you’re done with the workday, then reinstall and log in every morning, or put get a work phone and turn the phone off when the workday is done. It’s clearly just an unintentional bug, but one that makes the app unusable on your personal phone.

The app used to work just fine. Now the majority of the time when I try to use the app it freezes indefinitely. Closing and restarting the app doesn’t help. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help. I’m required to use it by my work, so it is a constant headache.

This app is amazing and really is the future of hybrid meetings. Pair this with a room bar pro and you can be immersed in a meeting, the distant end room makes you fell there as the entire meeting spaces is rendered in 3d. I can’t wait to see where Cisco takes this next.
