Getting upcharged on a bill because of the bill being half a month from the plan cycle. Was told it would reflect but it doesn't until you pay the extra charge for no reason. Thanks for scamming your customers instead of helping in times of struggle.

Service is fine but resolving billing issues is a nightmare. FCC needs to get involved to invoke a sense of urgency to support customers. Spectrum is quick to affect someone’s credit rating but totally around to it in resolving unfair customer billing issues.
