*The 23andMe PGS test includes health predisposition and carrier status reports. Health predisposition reports include reports that meet FDA requirements for Genetic Health Risks and wellness reports which are based on 23andMe research. Your ethnicity may affect the relevance of each report. Each Genetic Health Risk report describes if a person has variants associated with a higher risk of developing a disease, but does not describe their overall risk of developing the disease. The reports do not detect all variants. The reports are not intended to diagnose any disease, tell you about your current state of health, or for use in making medical decisions, including whether to take medication, or how much medication to take. This test is intended for use in adults. Visit https://www.23andme.com/test-info for additional important limitations about each report.
**Total Health membership includes services initiated and performed by third-party clinicians and lab providers through the 23andMe platform. Additional terms and conditions also apply. Exome Sequencing is analyzed by a CLIA- and CAP-accredited laboratory. All telehealth services are provided in accordance with the Telehealth Terms (https://www.23andme.com/legal/telehealth-tos/) and Consent to Telehealth (https://www.23andme.com/legal/telehealth-consent/).

Why isn’t the two-step verification via email enough? Why am I being bothered to set up MORE verification through some app or texting just to see the information I already paid for? It used to be enjoyable to review 23andMe, now it’s a pain. I don’t want to set up the verification app nor give my cell number. What if a user like my father doesn’t have those things? Grrrr

They Banned me for resetting my Password.

When I first bought the package, it was a one time fee for lifetime access to all features, including health and ancestry. But now a new company bought them - and the new company is not honoring the original agreement. The new company requires
more money and a subscription to be able to access what I - and thousands of other people- was promised for a one time fee. Is there a class action suit?

Fascinating and if u get locked out of ur account for whatever reason, it’s easy peasy getting it back with their verification process.

I am very pleased that I purchased this test. There is a lot of useful and interesting information. I don't regret it at all. And new information keeps coming in.

Totally useless

Not very happy with 23 and me because all along you haven’t told me anything about my father side, but I have been asked bunches of questions about my mother side and father side, which I don’t know anything about my father side and so far as best, I can tell by navigating your conflicts and complicated system. No one from my father side has popped up yet. I really think you should reconfigure the whole entire thing so you can just simply tap on mother side relatives or father side relatives. It would be a lot simpler I wasted, countless hours trying to navigate through this and gotten frustrated and giving up dozens of times almost to the point where I regret taking the DNA test in the first place cause it’s just complicated never-ending complicated

Not accurate at all, i have family tree history that directly discredits these findings.

I bought the DNA kit expecting insights about my ancestry and health. The reports themselves are interesting, but the app constantly pushes additional paid features, memberships, and upgrades. It feels like every visit includes another attempt to sell something.
The core service is useful, but the experience is overshadowed by frequent upselling. I would prefer a clearer separation between the results I’ve already paid for and the ongoing promotions. If you’re considering this service, be prepared for a lot of marketing after your initial purchase.

You guys suck results are very broad with no specifics every thing says NOT DETECTED. So expensive for the information I got. Wish I would gone with ancestry instead

I was impressed today by a new mental health report. Knowing that underlying neurology determined by genetics can create psychological difficulties allows you to be more accepting of your mental state as well as practical about taking remedial action.

Now I can't even see my OWN DNA. I can't see my map. All I can see is relatives. I paid the money, this is MY information. This is so wrong.

I re-downloaded this app to see if it had improved. In fact it had worsened. Nearly every single time I tried to click into any tab I was let down a rabbit hole of trying to buy something. I don’t mind ads, but I feel like I am being forced through a mouse maze while searching the new features of this app
