Usage limits compared to Gemini CLI
We already know that making Antigravity CLI (later as `agy`)was just an excuse to close Gemini CLI's (later: g-cli) source code, but what about usage limits? g-cli with Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite had very generous 1000RPD for free and even more on paid plans. Antigravity 1.0 had basically unlimited Gemini 3 Flash, but what about it's replacement, Gemini 3.5 Flash? I remember once using Claude Sonnet 4.6 in Antigravity 1.0 and it ate my weekly quota in like ~2000 lines of code.

To put the gemini-cli limits into perspective, imagine loading 950k tokens of context files and asking the model a question. You could have done that on nearly a million tokens of context 1000 times!!! 1,000 milions input tokens!

Update: when I used Gemini 3.5 Flash (Medium), it ate my weekly quota in one relatively simple task

So either switch to Codex or use Gemini CLI with AI Studio key

Codex has basically the same usage limits as Antigravity CLI but at least it is transparent about it
