Not working for me for some reason...

Primary Metric open

I have Rx 9060 XT 16GB from xfx swift. I do the exact same steps provided but when I press the end key nothing really happens as if I didn't install anything. Also, during the installation of the newest version released 6 hours ago. the installer stated that it can't identify an AMD card on the PC for some reason even though my card works just fine with all other tools and games including optiscaler for example.

Also, if youre starting from ancient gameplays fabio vid - copy only 2x dll and exe and run exe - same as hes doing on video. No optiscaler integration has worked for me yet.
