Le projet design comme moyen de stimuler l’intention entrepreneuriale

Entrepreneurship is a complex process initiated by an intention that leads to business creation. In Tunisia, it plays an essential role in the employability of young graduates and contributes to economic growth. Design, a creative discipline based on active project pedagogy, provides fertile ground for innovation and entrepreneurship. This research examines the extent to which project-based pedagogy in design and the ESSTED ecosystem foster the emergence of entrepreneurial intention. The study adopts a qualitative exploratory approach, based on semi-structured interviews with ten graduates who became entrepreneurs, supplemented by a thematic analysis. The results reveal internal and external factors influencing this intention. The experience of institutional projects, structured around Design Thinking and project-based pedagogy, appears as a major lever for developing the skills, attitudes, and aptitudes necessary for entrepreneurship.
