This process of updating my history it was very efficient. Having to enter information from my home having the names of my medication‘s available to me made it possible to be accurate
This app is one of the most difficult apps I've ever interacted with when it comes to messaging. The functions: "to" and "send" never work and I can't communicate with my providers. 2 of my providers use this app and I wish they would cancel services. Sorry but it needs work and I can't be the only one experiencing this...
Never able to log in after the one time 1-1/2 yrs ago. Awful. User unfriendly, not even able to access.
I try again and again. No dice. Tiny screen. Short triggers for verification codes, and then no way to type the confirmation code. Not fit for purpose.
Totally dysfunctional app. Difficult to set up-it was impossible for me. Poor instructions, even when assisted. Setting up password is so primitive an op that it’s worse than stone age. The rest of the world is well into the 21st Century, but not this app.
This App needs some help or it needs more coordination and communication with staff at the office level so instructions can be made at the time user is having the struggle.
I have asked 3 times for tech help at Coast Dermatology and NoOne admits to knowing how much the app works.

Most confusing login ever
Trying to message my doctor and there’s no drop down menu no way to type your doctors name in the box nothing. Fix your system
I have face ID turned on, and it still logged me out completely. I don't know the practice URL, so I can't get into the app at all. Just going to delete this piece of trash.
I downloaded this app and was looking forward to using it. However, in order to validate my identity, I need to put in my birthdate. The date starts this month and this year which is 2026 and you have to go month by month going back in order to get to your birth year. I simply don’t have the time to spend going through that many months and years to use the app, so I won’t be using it and I’ll be deleting it.
This app is user hostile
Apps were not made for people with AMD as you cannot expand the point size in an app. In my opinion apps are absolutely useless, and yet everyone – every doctor requires you to use them
