Community Voice & Feedback
After using the app for a while I noticed the app gave me credit card offers without a ding to the credit report. This was very useful I am able to track and see spending. They also alert you if the app sees something suspicious in your credit. Very useful. I recommend.
Good Job
Excellent
I got an offer from Experian for credit scores from 3 credit bureaus, etc. In the payment window it showed “$0.00”. There was nothing about a free trial or any charges that would be levied. So I accepted the offer and gave a link to a prepaid credit card with a very low balance. When I tried to log in today I got a message that my payment source did not work and I needed to pay $24.99 to log in to my account. This is the Experian app that I am using and I did have full use of the app for approximately 7 days. I am assuming this is a monthly charge, but there is no other information. I tried to access chat in the support session but it would only tell me I owe $24.99. This app is not listed in my subscription list in my Apple account which is unusual, so I am have been unable to check subscription details there. My big problem is that I seem to have no way to determine whether this “$24.99” charge is monthly, weekly, daily, yearly, or lifetime. This seems like a rather shady way of operating a business. I definitely think of Experian as a legit business and am quite shocked that they would use this type of sales tactic. Am I missing something Experian?
Me gusta porque veo todo con detalles quiero seguir viendo como mi Credito majora
The app is so great you can check your credit score when ever you want to look at your score and see what it says keep knowledge of what who or what company is trying to steal your identity
This is a great and easy way to control your credit
This app is great to see what your credit worthiness is! You’ll enjoy seeing how much better your credit score gets month to month with there financial tips. I will say though, be mindful of applying for too many credit cards or personal loans if you’re not financially literate. Always advise a professional.
I signed up and they kept my account on top of stuff that was going on. When I sold my house and moved to an old folks home I tried to downgrade before the next billing cycle. It was impossible to get through to anyone to cancel.
I had issues setting up an account, and their customer service representatives are impossible to reach, as when you call their help number you are confronted with a robot agent. This agent would not let me talk to a representative for assistance after it failing to help me with my problems.
I don’t like having a tough time getting my app to open or logging in. I am almost 70yo, and it’s very frustrating when you don’t remember or have a new phone number, so can’t be verified by text or phone.
Best
This app guards your on line presence and your credit rating plus tracks your cards.
It does a very good job.
It does a very good job.
Every single day this app sends me a notification to switch my car insurance, apply for a mortgage, consolidate my debt, apply for a credit card etc.
But if I turn off notifications, I won’t be alerted if something important actually happens so I have to deal with it.
I hate them for this. They make me think something is wrong and then try to sell me something.
Terrible way to do business.
