Ahhhh!! Updating apps do NOT affect my storage please add a “download anyways” button please do that or else the police will come and write you a ticket and you will be responsible for this to fix
Every day hackers hacked my phone,I’m tired,3 iPhones blocked, this is new 16 mini, second day hammers ,scammers checked my phone,I want to use this phone only by my self, next time I will buy Samsung
I had an appointment with Apple to diagnose why the latest (at the time) iPhone 17 Pro stopped working with wireless CarPlay while all my prior iPhones continue to work. (Apple broke the handshake method and won’t fix it.) I had two appointments for them to call me. They never did. Poor support.
Pull system logs. Application is manipulating date, location and time data in order to create fraudulent two factor authentication. The WiFi network connection is a spoof and is actively being exploited to prevent network access to owners. Furthermore, the system configuration is being constructed and controlled by a financial institution falsely claiming to provide RSA data testing. This application is the source behind the system configuration breach
It only has a very limited list of answers from a useless set of frequently asked questions.
I can’t open some apps like Wells Fargo, BestBuy, Spectrum l, Banks apps etc.. they crash I’ve tried everything and nothing works. Cellular data it has 2 lines is this can be a problem if my phone number is compromised?
Never refunds you for anything
I downloaded an app and subscribed to a premium service based on claims the developer made about the service. Turns out none of the claims were true, and the app didn’t come close to being what it was advertised as. (Legally, this is called “false advertising”)
I contacted Apple support about it. They claim that as the pending charge has not gone through, they cannot issue a refund and insist I pay it. Now, that’s never going to happen. I refuse to pay for something that doesn’t function as advertised. After the support chat turned into a phone call, the support agent lied to me outright, and then hung up on me when I reminded her that Apple records phone calls. So that’s it. I’m walking away from Apple. Here’s the kicker: that charge wasn’t the only pending charge I had. So, rather than remove an unlawful debt, Apple won’t get any of the money I owe them (my bank is now blocking any charge attempt from Apple due to fraud concerns) and instead of buying a new iPhone next month, I bought a Samsung that will be here in two days. My watch, AirPods, iPad, TV, and HomePod will be put in boxes so that they remain Apple devices not in use by me or ANYONE else. My son’s phone and iPad and AirPods will go in the same box and his Samsung will be here when mine is.
Well played, Apple. Hope that $10 was worth it.

Okay so there was this girl I think her name was avleee or something like that all I know is that it had a A and a V and a E but she was patient and very kind!!
There’s no reason that I should have had to wait 4 times to reset my child’s iCloud password. I’ve waited over a week to change the password, while the account is not even new, and over a month later it’s still making me wait again. A child account set up linked to an adult account with a verified phone number and multiple devices has no reason to have me wait this long for my kid to even be able to download an app to play. The support agent told me that I was likely not told the verification was ready (3 different times) because they frequently forget about it or put it off. So for anyone curious, they aren’t even on the ball and if they forget or just don’t care they probably won’t send it
I purchased the Apple care plan and they forgot to add it to my phone. I’ve spent hours and weeks trying to sort this out but Apple support appears to be robots. The worst service I ever had in my life. Still have a lost phone and no coverage . Apple’s time is numbered.
While it’s easy to click around on the app for basic support, it’s nearly impossible to get help if the issue isn’t one of the suggested ones.
If there’s a problem with something that you’ve already contacted them about, it’s hard to figure out how to get further help. Specifically, I’ve been given the runaround for two weeks about a replacement phone that was lost in shipping. I haven’t yet managed to get a resolution, or even any clear answers or timeline for my device.

SUCKS!!!!
Yeah that’s right I had $35 stolen from my account and I was promised I would get my refund back in two days and it been about a week ago and nothing I never got a email from them I just wanted what is fair please let me know asap
I've literally been paying for Apple care one for NOTHING. No Help, No Support, my phone has been compromised for months now, I can't even get an express replacement when needed on top of being charged an additional 6 months of Apple care+ on my old phone 6 months after buying a new iphone out of pocket. Now with the new I have a year later needing to get a replacement, nothing has been for me. No service, no replacement, still the same compromised dysfunctional iphone 16 pro. TRASH
