I am a full time paramedic I love this game I just wish if you selected EMT/Paramedic it would treat it as such. They need more trauma scenarios but the the medical ones really make you think
How do I switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit? Also, I wish there were a lot of more cases to play it would be so much more beneficial in my opinion I love this game so much!!

One of the better clinical simulation programs, leagues better than anything else available. Spending a few hours on here is as high yield as a few hours in an actual sim room.
The one patient i was able to treat, it was very educational and a good learning experience, but thats the only person you can treat without paying.
I love this App! Gives real life encounters and you must assess, order work up,plan interventions and disposition. Gives you feed back on your decisions and scores you. Highly recommend!
I’m currently in EMT school, and I got this app to practice medical and trauma assessments. I am so impressed with the app, and it’s been an amazing resource.
It is fun but their needs to be more free options.
This game is fun and really helpful in getting the mental reps in of how to run calls. It’s also super insightful and tells you in detail what you did wrong and how to fix it.
I got this app because while I am currently in high school, I want to be a doctor and I love all things medical. I thought this would be useful because I am unsure of what type of doctor I may want to be. Full Code has been able to help me with that. This app definitely has a learning curve for those who have not gone to med school 😂. But once you figure it out it makes sense and I am a big fan of the little button that tells you what everything does. I feel like I have learned a lot and can’t put this simulation down! I did not purchase the subscription however, I most likely will in the near future. Definitely worth any future penny. Thank you for making such a realistic and thoughtful app that I’m sure has helped so many people!

As a PA working in operational and deployed settings, I’m not always in a traditional clinical environment. Full Code has been a solid way to stay sharp during those gaps. It’s practical, case based, and easy to pick up in short sessions, which makes a big difference when time and resources are limited. It helps me keep clinical reasoning active so I’m not starting from scratch when I get back into patient care.
I have been trying to load into the game on my phone and it literally won’t work I can’t even experience the game
