I purchased this program to protect and validate to some strange calls and activities on my device. However when I go to put in for my verification code. I get an error message that says “error occurred please try again” after second attempts and restarting my phone, still getting the same message. I go into FAQ and get error message “error occurred DISMISS” Next I tapped contact us. Yet another error message. Seems like a completely fraudulent app.

Just downloaded your app., seems to be a “bug” or something, won’t let me enter my phone number to set it up…..it just closes the app???????? And won’t let me use the “contact us” in the settings????
I’m disappointed that this app requires the User to dial a second number, “select merge” , and then dial another phone number. Too many steps for business purposes. We need a simple but quick one step process.

The basic App works great and I have used it to record calls by starting the recording process and then using the speakerphone for the call.
I don’t really have a problem with an App that would have been relatively easy to use; and, allow the company to earn a recurrent revenue stream. However, if I wanted to read a dissertation on something, it wouldn’t have been on how to use this company’s new “moneymaker”!

I paid my money but tried to put my phone number in and just keep getting an error message. I needed the recorder for a meeting now on 45 minutes!! So frustrated!
I purchased and it will not accept my cell number as a valid number to even set it up.
This app is seriously cool. Not only can you record cell phone calls, but you can email them or text them, once you download them.
Very disappointed. No recording on outgoing call. Haven’t tried incoming calls. Recording never started. When played it all I hear is buzzing sound. However they did deduct points from my credit 👎👎👎😡😡😡
