Community Voice & Feedback
I want to turn on my tv, not organizing my house. Stop trying to organize my house.
This app sucks, I only use for my door locks. I get at least 10 notification of app being offline. So much for security.
Much better experience than using conventional tv remote
Esta app permite a personas no profesionales realizar configuracionea de seguridad y alarma. Muy util y accesible para todos
Good
Requires to always allow location and requires precise location. Can’t even use the tv that we paid for without using the app and allowing them to invade my privacy.
Can Samsung get any worse? Yes. They constantly update things just to make it more useless
Every time you do an update you force it on me. I have 25 items on my hub and some things are critical. It takes an hour of my time to get everything back to functioning. I have 10 Kasa items being controlled by the Kasa app on my phone and I never have a problem. It will cost a fortune to replace the Smarthub devices. Samsung dropped the ball on this technology. A TV is not the place to control switches, relays, and lights. Your system was much better than the X-10 devices that I replaced and I was satisfied for a while. But, now I hate it.
Last update broke the app, is horsesht
I don’t have access to turn the oven off or stove. Specifically stove need to be turned off when it reaches the timer. Not user friendly
Continuously logs me out and have to redownload the tv remote
It does not work all the time
Awful app
We love this app for our Samsung frame TV. Seamless and easy to use. We almost never reach for the actual remote and almost exclusively use this app.
Easy and convy
