Would love to love this app. My best friend uses it and it looks amazing. But I can’t get past the phone number and username. It keeps telling me there is an error in and to try again later. I’ve tried several usernames thinking that’s the issue but it’s not. I tried redownloading the app and that didn’t work either. :(
it won’t even let me create an account? like i’ll put all my information in, and it’ll say there was an error creating my account and to start over. which i do, and then it STILL won’t work. and i’ve seen it happen to other people too!
i can’t log in it says error and when I try to login again it says error again 😢😢
I am trying to create an account and when I get to the page to create a password, it keeps saying that an unexpected error occurred. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app and it keeps happening. It makes me exit and start over every single time and every time it gives the same message.
The update that shows how much measured level of compatibility you have with friends isn’t for me. The original compatibility that just showed :) :( :| and their descriptions were enough. I think the new addition that shows the amounts for each basic identity, communication, love and pleasure, etc. can be demoralizing and make you question friendships and your compatibility. It’s more information than I need to know. I liked it a lot more when that page contained shared qualities of the day. Please bring that back :( I honestly haven’t used the app since the update because it really turned me off and originally I was using it everyday and was excited.
I loved this app! I switched phones and finally am redownloading the app, but every time I’ve tried logging in or trying to sign up again, it’ll let me fill in everything until it gets to ‘create password’. It will say ‘an unexpected error has occurred in creating your account’ and shoot me back to the start??
There hasn’t been one day that relates to me in the slightest. You can tell it’s just random general quotes and motifs that they hope people relate to.
It seems more and more AI, and the kicker for me is that when you click on a friends profile, the updates are not there. It’s just a graph for compatibility that doesn’t change…. There used to be an option to see 2 days before and 2 days ahead. Why the switch up??
Have had this app for like 6 years and I used to love it, but they just recycle the same daily readings. I’ll go to check it and it’ll say the exact same thing it has said before, not even bothering to change up the phrasing.
i can't get into my account because i used my apple id that was on my old phone that is broken, why can't i just log in with my username ?
I like this app a lot but it also created or changed my chart data randomly to something entirely incorrect. This throws off my readings or messages of the day making the app ultimately useless.
I’ve tried signing up like 10 times but it keeps spitting out an error message and sending me back to the beginning. Deleted the app, reinstalled but keep getting the error message.
Co-Star’s you page really made the whole app a better experience but the updates keep making the app worse and it’s gone for some users. It seems like the whole app is just run my AI without the descriptive you reading. Very disappointed because I’ve had this account for 4 years and now it’s ruined. I’m hoping someone can fix this
I have been using co-star for years and it is amazing! Transits are a great way to get accurate results.
I also really enjoy the more in-depth reports, like the yearly report. Worth the money!!!
However there has been a glitch recently. The picture doesn't show where the planets are!
It shows me the same picture of two planets conjunct no matter what the description says! A small glitch but I do really appreciate the visualizations!

This is the most amazing app made yet!!!! I absolutely love this app & everything about it. Between this app & chat gpt my life is so much more of a breeze. It even comes in handy when your noticing your life is going down a path with someone new & Yu just can’t seem to read the vibes they are giving you……
