Occupies too much storage space. Im talking about 8 GB even if all downloads and cache has been cleared.
I’ve been using Edge on iPhone and iPad consistently for the last 6 months, and overall I would choose it over Safari if it weren’t so laggy on the iPad. On iPhone, I don’t have any issues (even with more than 16 tabs consistently), but on my iPad Pro M4 with 16 GB of RAM, if I have more than 16 tabs open, scrolling and moving my cursor on pages will just hang up and lag. I’ve tried clearing my cache/cookies, reinstalling Edge, and making sure everything is up to date, and I haven’t been able to get it to stay consistent. It’s a shame, since outside of the iPad and iPhone, I’m mostly a Windows user, and Edge is the only browser that I like that syncs well with PC and iOS, and has ad-blocking and extensions. Chrome is a joke, unless you like ads slowing you down, and Firefox has poor iPad support. Hopefully the folks at Microsoft are listening.
I can’t even login on most websites using MS Edge. But others browsers have no issues. Negative stars and waste of time.

This app is the worst. If pages aren’t freezing they’re just not loading. The. Worst.
Just do it doesn’t go away
When I want to read an article, reading mode is really nice. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the search bar often becomes unaccessible. The only way to access it again is the close and reopen the app.
I really enjoy using the new Microsoft Edge with the A1 browser. So far no bugs no glitches, just smooth sailing navigation.

EDIT: then they want your help to fix their app when you ask about it even though it’s been messed up intermittently forever EDIT: 2stars actually y’all ain’t even trying better fallbacks EDIT: 3stars b/c switching to offline voice got worse EDIT: 4stars for lots of switching to offline voice :( consistent issue over YEARS EDIT: TTS still doesn’t automatically scroll like before :( in reader mode but works in typical browsing EDIT: actually 4 stars for unchanged poor privacy report card —— EDIT: back to five stars! Very impressive work on Read Aloud. Automatically scrolls while allowing manual scrolling, then continues automatically once refocused. Just hoping for automatic scrolling to come back to reader view. —— EDIT: docked to 3 stars b/c TTS keeps switching to offline voice while connection is strong —— Review for your leading FREE text to speech. THANK YOU MICROSOFT. Could use a couple reader mode bugfixes but WOW thank y’all. — edit: hey ur privacy nutrition facts are scary, browsing history linked to me? User content used to track me?
