The app reports 66%, suggests that I update my iOS, which is up to date. Also says a device is covered that I no longer use, but won’t let me delete it. Also, only one of my Apple devices is covered, but the App won’t tell me which one. AND - no phone number to call for help. HELP!

I started selling it to my customers, and I actually watched my business percentage drop about 10% to 12% on my spreadsheet and the virus removal section due to how good it worked, but in turn I sold a lot of their product and I bet if I did the math, I probably made it all back

I signed up with the intent to help figure out my iPhone. I have an ex-wife that’s a psychopath that tracks me everywhere I go. Every time I try to run a diagnostic it told me I had to wait 24 hours. Super unhappy. Dumping this.
When I sign in from outside of the app, it recognizes my account as active,but to sing in within the app it wants me to pay for another subscription
I will not be renewing as it can be used on one device. Other vpns allow upto 10 devices
App works really great, my only gripe is every time I open it to use the VPN it says my score is “poor” simply because I haven’t updated to the very latest and great iOS update before it was even pushed to me by Apple. I’ve always been a big fan of MWB and will continue to use them - just a slight annoyance.

Downloaded malwarebytes specifically to scan my iPhone as was the main benefit in the ad. Ends up does everything except providing the functionality to scan for existing malware infections. And most if not all the other functionality provided is only activated at additional cost.
Unfortunate as the malwarebytes pc platform is really good.
