Code generator failed
Unable to review my account; tried multiple times. Stated I was in, however never was.
It keeps asking the same stupid question
I can’t figure out how to use it and no one will help it’s been over a month
I would write a detailed description of how horrible ID.me is but after explaining a million times to their stupid AI bot and to customer support emails that just respond back with an automated email that does not help you with your issue, I think I’d rather not. All I can say is, do NOT waste your time like I did.
Where do I send the invoice for you wasting everyone’s time?
Complicates authentication to the max.
There is no way anyone over 55 would ever figure this app out. Very complicated and time consuming. A real unnecessary app.
Trash
I am completely verified. Many times over. But NO MATTER WHAT—when it says, “you may now close this window” (after verifying), nothing happens. I am asked to sign into I’d, over & over & over. It’s a “doo loop.” For IRS, SSA, & other gov sites. It’s maddening.
Needs to be able to support more then one user I had mistakenly tide my number to my mothers account now I cant use IDme for myself
I find it really challenging that my government has made me work with this organization. I’m waiting on important funds to arrive to me and this company is conflating accounts that are not mine. All of their support is in app so good luck if you forget your password. I am currently waiting over an hour for an issue that’s on their side and they created. This is unacceptable treatment by my government via ID.me
I cannot make it work. Unless
Profile info is wrong; no customer support
Tried to set it up but during the authentication process it got stuck. Next thing I know account is suspended and I haven’t received a response on recovery. Don’t use.
